Our experience was fantastic! We booked a transfer from Piraeus to ATH in Sep 2024, We were arriving with another couple who needed a transfer to Athens city center. Both were booked over whatsapp while in Mykonos. The communication was prompt and professional. The types of vehicles and rate were clearly communicated in advance, and confirmed at the time of booking. Details about the driver and where to meet were explained. The driver was at the appointed location, even though our ferry was 30-minutes late, He was professional and courteous. The car was clean and comfortable and relatively new. One of our travelers left a personal item in the car at the airport, and a simple phone call and 5 minutes of time confirmed that the driver had the personal item and arrangements were made to return it to our travelling party. Highly recommend!

The vehicle was great. Straight shot from the airport to the hotel. Less than an hour. The driver drove very fast as we learn many greeks do. He talked to his wife/ girlfriend during the ride. Fortunately, no accidents. Arrived safely after the driver initially had the wrong address in the GPS.
Not sure how the fare we paid compared to what taking a taxi would have cost.

Hello, thank you for finding the time to leave a Review.
Yes, you did pay something extra for having a driver with a sign waiting for you even thow you were delayed for about 60 minutes (imagine if you would’ve lost a luggage or for any other reason you were delayed more and the disappointment that you would feel if no one was there).
Driver helped you with the luggage and drove you to the address you had given, then to the correct address with no extra charge.
He spoke on the phone (with headphones or on speaker through the vehicle) to inform that you were found, had been picked up and all was okay.
And about speeding, many people get confused (kilometres with miles), the speed limit on the highway is 120 km (sometimes 130 km) and all our vehicles never go above limit Unless necessary.
These type of reviews are the ones that make companies like ours and people like I to actually think “Is it worth it? Risking our reputation for a simple transfer?”
We believe that a tourist shouldn’t have stress.
Will somebody be waiting for me?
WilI I find a taxi?
Will it be clean?
Will he take me directly or circle me around?
Will he overcharge me?
Will the driver wait until I verify this is the correct accommodation I have booked?
And many more questions, which I believe you know better.
The reasons you book a transfer is not to get you there, everybody will get you there. The reason you book a transfer is if things do not go as programmed, to have someone if needed to make the necessary arrangements, someone you can trust with a good reputation which is destroyed slowly-slowly.

We booked CatTaxi for a transfer from Athens airport to the city and then back from the city to Athens airport as we only had one day in Athens and needed to be back to the airport. I messaged Terry to confirm my booking and I'm so glad he asked me what my plan for that day was. When I told him, he explained to me how my plan was flawed and I would be stuck in the heat with all my bags. Instead he hooked me up with a day tour. It wasn't much more than what I hoped to spend and our driver, Panos, was beyond amazing. He was so kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. We throughly enjoyed our day and are so grateful we decided to book them :-)

We got the contact of CTA Taxi by chance through the Google Recommendation, and the truth is that it could not be more accurate. We had exquisite care, service of the highest standard and magnificent professionalism. They also showed flexibility in the face of some last minute changes we made with a smile. I would recommend them at 1000 × 100. Thanks for making our lives so easy.

CATTaxi delivers. All drivers showed up promptly and very easy to communicate a plane change with the service and they adjusted pick up time. We used them four times. All the cars were clean and appeared like regular taxis. I am so glad we used them and took stress out of the equation in Athens.
The form to fill out request for service can be a little tricky. Reaching out to them on WhatsApp made it easy to confirm everything as needed.
I highly recommend!

If you are questioning if you should trust Terry with any transfers..don’t!!
Just do it.. you won’t regret it!
We booked the 3 day island cruise using Cattaxi
Terry was quick to respond and answer any questions which I had via email.
A real genuine person.
He was extremely accommodating to come and pick us up in Nea Makri so that we can get to see these 3 beautiful islands.
The driver was punctual at the pickup time as we had discussed .
Car was super clean , spacious and new.
I had booked the vip option as I didn’t want to be around such a big crowd as my immune system was compromised.
Terry called me personally two days before to go over all the details and to let me know that he would try to get us an executive cabin so that I may rest in between island stops..but no guarantees.
To our delight we were escorted to said cabin and were treated like royalty with top notch service which included drinks and appetizers as well a beautifully prepared fruit platter.
Terry went above and beyond to give myself a day that my family will cherish forever!
Thank you Terry!!

Top Notch tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We had a wonderful deluxe van and were very comfortable. I have used CATTaxi for a tour in the past and it was wonderful as well. I travel to Athens twice a year for work, and always use CATTaxi for my transfers and excursions. Terry is the best and takes great care of his customers. Use CATTaxi! You won't be disappointed!

Terry and his team are amazing. This tour hit all the highlights, efficiently and the guides were very knowledgeable. Lunch was fantastic.
