Our recent self-guided tour in Greece with Eleni and Giorgos from Trekking Hellas was an unforgettable experience!
We did a self-guided tour, so we had the flexibility to explore the area at our own pace and privacy.
Eleni and her team were exceptional. They were always available to answer our questions and provided us with personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions in each village. Eleni even sent us a list of recommendations in advance, which were always spot on. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Both Eleni and Giorgos are very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area.
We loved the itinerary, which took us to less-traveled parts of Greece. Our accommodation was charming, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Mariam, the driver, was not only safe but also super patient and nice. She shared fascinating insights with us.
We highly recommend this trek with Trekking Hellas for a truly Greek experience, the self-guided format allowed us to create our own adventure, and the support from the team was invaluable. We hope to see more treks offer similar experiences in the future. Thank you, Eleni, for everything, and thank you Mariam and Giorgos!

This was an amazing experience. Eleni was a great guide explaining everything in Greek and English in a very understanding and catching way for the kids and me. She had planned a pic nic for us including lovely home made cheese. My kids loved her. We definitely recommend Trekking Hellas Parnassos! Very professional and keen to adjust the hike to yourneeds.

Wonderful hike outside Delphi. Owner Eleni made it very easy to set up and was very helpful in helping us pick the right hike for us; excellent communication. Our guide Mariam was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommended.

National Park Hike. Beautiful scenery, astonishing nature! Our guides Hélène and Giorgios were excellent, well organized,professional and very relaxed at the same time. It was great fun, we laughed a lot and we learned cool stuff about the forest and its creatures. At the end of the walk we had a delicious picnic including local homemade delicacies like feta, olives, bread and tsipouro.. Yummy! Highly recommended experience!!!!

Cette randonnée sur le sentier antique de Delphes nous a enchantés, notamment grâce aux mille détails, histoires et anecdotes transmis par notre très sympathique guide Hélène.
La petite collation en fin de parcours autour des produits locaux était la bienvenue !
Nous ferions à nouveau avec plaisir une randonnée dans cette région avec cette équipe.

Beautiful tour and very nice guide (Helene) who explained to the entire family very interesting things about Ancient Greece as well as modern one. The Picnic was excellent.

This was an amazing, perfectly organized self-guided tour. Eleni, our contact, took care of everything and was co Stanton in touch. My wife and I were hiking on our own, but we alsways felt confident that Eleni and her team had our back. Even though it was barely in season, all the accommodations were welcoming and comfortable. Really, it could not have been better. We’re planning a 2-month trip to Greece on 2024, doing several Trekking Hellas self-guided tours back-to-back.
Tip: Beleice them when they say to download and use their GPS tracks! Greek trails are not as well marked as those in, say, Switzerland. Eleni and Georgos provide perfect GPS files for every step of the way. Get an app, bring a spare battery for you phone, and use their data!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec Hélène, incollable sur la botanie, l'histoire de la Grèce, les grands blonds et les podcasts de France Inter. Notre randonnée partait du site de Delphes vers la mer des oliviers. Moment inoubliable, instructif et joyeux. A faire absolument

Nous avions prévu une randonnée sur les hauteurs de Delphes. Mais le temps ne s’y prêtant pas ( orage) , Eleni , notre guide nous a proposé à la place une degustation découverte d’olives et d’huile d’olive de la region. Nous avons passé un moment très instructif, gustatif et sympathique. Eleni nousa proposé aussi de gouter diverses feta, du vin et du tsipouro tout en nous expliquant la culture des oliviers, le mode de vie grec dans un cadre magnifique donnant sur la mer des oliviers etle golfe de Corinthe. Un super moment!!

Randonnée très facile dans un cadre exceptionnel avec une guide adorable qui nous transmet sa connaissance des sentiers, pâturages et des plantes, nous fait découvrir le site de Delphes sous un angle différent et la richesse de son village (arachova village de montagne élégant à découvrir). Le pique-nique est délicieux et les anecdotes sur le mode de vie des grecs, leur culture et la région sont passionnantes.

My husband and teenage daughters are traveling to Delphi tomorrow, the 26th of December, and we would like to spend an afternoon skiing but we don’t have suitable ski bibs and jackets. Nous revenons d’une magnifique randonnée sur les flancs sacrés du mont Parnasse avec Helene et Giorgio. Tout était délicieux. Le paysage , tantôt ombragé tantôt aride mais toujours magnifique, les fleurs et arbres qu’ Hélène nous décrit avec beaucoup de science et d’entrain. Nous apprenons beaucoup sur la mythologie, l’histoire et les traditions antiques. Mais nos deux guides nous font connaître la Grèce d’aujourd’hui grace à leur expérience. Et pour finir un délicieux repas pris dans la fraîcheur et la bonne humeur. Merci de tout coeur pour cette randonnée hautement recomlandable

Hello, my husband and I are coming to Greece for our 30th anniversary and want to take a trip from Athens to Delphi Monday, October 9 and either trek with you for the afternoon and/or stay over and have a little more time Tues October 10. We can share with other people. Should we come by public bus? We don't want to drive on our own. How much would it cost for your tour? Do you recommend staying the night in a modest, but nice place and where would you suggest? In the middle of a big blizzard right now in the Northeast part of the US, and dreaming of hiking in the Delphi area. Thank you so much, Karen

We are really sorry for the late answer, for some reason we didn't saw your question earlier on our interface.
We can propose you the Delphi Ancient footpath Hike
This is a historic and inspiring hike dropping down from the slopes of Mt Parnassos to the village of Delphi. It is the ancient footpath that took Pans worshippers up from the ancient temples of Delphi to the Corycean Grotto to celebrate rites, and it is part of the E4 european trail.
It is a private tour and it price is 65 Euros/person for 2 participants and 45 Euros/person for more than 4 participants.
It is a 4-5 hours activity and includes an English speaking guide, local transfer from Delphi, a traditional picnic, taxes.
Please note that this is a hiking tour and no visit or guiding to the Archaeological Site is included.
If you wish to do a shorter activity we can propose a hike in the ancient Olive Grove of Delphi from Delphi village to seaside Kirra. It duration is 2-3 hours and it price 45 Euros for 2 participants.
It includes an English speaking guide, local transfer from Delphi, an olive theme snack, taxes.
