Beautiful walk along from Elounda across bridge past the windmills then up a rugged road and follow down very rough track marked by red and white marked stones along the pathway. Take everything for your time there as no facilities. The walk is worth it when you get their beautiful clear gently shelving sand .Tight beach that when the day trip boats come in can get very quickly crowded but they go in just over an hour so then back to peace . We were only a handful of people on the beach after .Would highly recommend but need sensible shoes not flip flops or sandals.spent the whole day here was great. Walk back up from beach a bit rough but downhill from there . Car park at top for those who hire a car few passing places . Can break the journey for a drink or lunch at Kanika restaurant near windmills

Beautiful place to discover through a small hike. However, he is regularly approached by tourist boats and there the hustle and bustle starts. The stench from the ships also annoying. Unfortunately only three stars although the place itself is simply wonderful without economic interest

We chose to do the 8km hike, superb, beautiful, you have to be very well put on and do not forget to take water with you because there is no food possible.
Absolutely timeless scenery, very nice little beaches, you're gonna say why the Rating then?
Well I come to it: after 11:30 tourists arrive en masse on your small beaches with big boats, unfortunately the waste in the corners too.!!! What a sadness!!!
But it is honestly to do on foot and without children because quite difficult in places

Totally crowded, tourist ships dock every half hour, which completely overflows the very small stretch of beach. Many just stand around, have no place to lie down, totally restless due to the high frequency.

5 stars for the beach! The road is rough for the car and a little dangerous if you have height phobia! It is a narrow road to the top if you have a good car (Jeep) go up and 2 -3 minutes more... otherwise you leave it just before you arrive ... it takes 5-7 minutes of hiking good would be sports shoes or those of the sea because there are stones below !

A small gem, you can reach it after taking a road on the sea and a dirt road of a few kilometers. After parking your car you get to the beach on foot in 10 min through a pebble path.

Perfect beach!!! It's worth going! It is a 5-minute walk from where you will leave the car. After 4 there are no boats with tourists.

Superb beach until noon. Then a horde of tourists arrives , 3 successive tour boats with more than 500 tourists in total on a strip of sand that can hold up to 200. A sketch to see. People no longer know where to put their bags and towels and we meet on top of each other swimming in the scents of gas of the boats. Too bad because the beach is indeed sublime

We never managed to get there in a small car. Very dangerous road, broken, two cars together do not fit, much attention!!!
