Ayant trouver cretan transfert sur Instagram, j ai longuement hésité a prendre contact, mais après différents échanges par mail et Instagram, j ai finalement réservé.
A l arrivée à l aéroport d'heraklion le chauffeur nous attendait avec sa petite pancarte, il nous a emmené au taxi,qui entre nous était une belle mercedes très propre. Il nous a offert des petites bouteilles d'eau bien rafraîchissante après 3h30 de vol, avec des lingettes pour se nettoyer les mains.
Au final j ai recontacté cretan transfert pour notre retour, et là encore un échange parfait.
Je recommande à 100%.

Отличный сервис! Вежливость, пунктуальность, оперативность! Трансфер из аэропорта в отель и обратно были забронированы за несколько месяцев до отдыха. В день отъезда из отеля смогли поменять время выезда и место прибытия без дополнительной платы, хотя ехать нужно было чуть дольше. Несмотря на то, что общение происходило через эл. почту, ответы приходили очень быстро. Так же представитель фирмы предоставил свой номер телефона для связи в любое время, если потребуется. Но нам это не пригодилось ). Машины чистые, водители вежливы, помогли с багажом, аккуратное вождение.

From the email correspondence months before my trip, to the incredibly nice and safe driver Yianni, to the cold bottles of water that were offered to us upon arrival that were desperately needed....this is the best car service on the island. The prices were comparative to others if not better and their service exceptional. Nice, brand new, clean mini vans that comfortably accommodated my family of 5, 7 large suitcases, plus carry ons, and a stroller. Our return trip was in a remote village at 5:00 a.m. and our driver was there at 4:45 a.m. to drive us to the airport located in Iraklio (and we travelled from Rethymno). Reliable, safe, and customer service orientated. Will use again and most happily refer. Thanks so very much!

I owed these guys a nice review they really deserve. I used this service back in 2017, and first I was impressed with a reasonable pricing and very attentive customer service. But they turned to be lifesavers later, when my charter airplane company started changing the departure date and time again and again without even notifying me - actually, Cretan Transfers where the only ones who told me I have changes in my schedule. It was such a relief to know I can rely at least on a taxi company while travelling along with 1y.o. baby in such a stressful uncertainty. The car was super clean, the driver was very friendly and helped us with everything.
My flight back was a nightmare again because of the charter company, as they changed my flight again without notifying me, and this time I discovered it only at 2am in the airport - and again Cretan Transfer helped me and organised 1-way transfer from the hotel where I stayed that night to the airport, which they usually do not do. I wish every service in the world would be such a high quality and customer oriented and cannot recommend these guys enough.

Amazing service. 5 adults and 1 12 month old baby.
7 seater Fiat was waiting for us on arrival and the friendly driver assisted us with cases, baby seat etc. The journey to Prines was at a steady pace (no mad driving).
We asked for a 10:30 pick up for the return journey and guess what - the same driver was spot on time and a very good journey back to Heraklion.
Don't look elsewhere for a transfer they MUST be the best.

We use Cretan Transfers for all our trips out and transfer services. Very reliable, exceptional service and very much all drivers are very polite and helpful. I would recommend them 100%. You can also pre book online your transfers to and from hotel with no fuss at all. Top service Thankyou.

VIP Service from alex,Wonderful ride with clean car and cold water in a very hot day.. alex was very friendly and polite . we use him for departure also and we are very happy to meet him,see you next year alex and thanks for all .

We book online for a taxi from Heraklion to Elounda.Alex was our driver,he helped with baggage.In the taxi offered us cool water and candies,was very cautious and safe, friendly and appropriate level of conversation. I would say it is one of the best taxi company I've ever used. Happy to use again.

We had such a nice driver!! We can only recommend Cretan Transfer Services. Very professionell and much better than picking the bus.
