Mathias was a super fun Guide who gave us a lot of insights behind the usual sightseeing facts! It was our first stay in Copenhagen, but thanks to the wonderful experience, definitely not our last one.
The Segway machines are of best quality, very easy to handle, and quite robust. The price for two hours is more than fair, we will definitely do another tour next time we are in Copenhagen.
All in all, the tour is highly recommendable for everyone who wants to get to know Copenhagen within a limited time budget and have a lot of fun while doing so!

Dear Guest.
Our cancel or change rate is under 1% and we only change in case of an operational issue like weather or a guide called sick.
All guest are informed in due time and offered a new time close to the original departure or a refund. It is never the customers fault if we change a departure.
I cant recognise any of the above in our handling of customer service. it must have been a mistake or misconception. or maybe another company.
The last incident we had was a request 5 days ahead of time to change and the customer refused to move the tour she/he had reserved.
We try to make all customers happy and are never unprofessional but helpfull. We keep records of all our conversations with customers and we cant recognise the incident above neither being unprofessional. We handle 10.000 customers a year and take good care. Ofcause sometimes we make mistakes but in our booking we are always out in good time and also offering a solution in a professional way. Tx Mikkel

Og ja vi har stadig vores Christmas Cruises. De kan bookes allerede nu og finder sted imellem d.15/11 - 22/12 hvor julemarkederne er åbne. De kører typisk to gange om dagen. Hvis du går ind på vores hjemmeside under 'Book Now' kan du vælge fanen 'Winter Tours' - og hvis du vælger en dato imellem 15/11 og 22/12 kommer vores juletours frem. Hvis nogle problemer må du endelig bare kontakte os!

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately your daughter is too young for our tours. The Segway has a minimum weight requirement of 45kg (100lbs). We can however arrange for a rickshaw which will follow along the tour. Then the rest of you can go on a Segway and your daughter (and perhaps one more adult) will go in the rickshaw right behind the group. You will still be given radios to hear the live commentary from the guide. I hope this could potentially be a solution to include your daughter :) Very best, Kasper

My family and I (mom, dad + 3 adult kids) are planning to visit Copenhagen for Christmas. Do you operate tours in the winter and, if so, which days are off during the week of Christmas?

Hi,
Thanks for your message. Yes we operate all year long and open all days :)
On the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 31st December the tours will run on a slightly amended schedule though. You can see this online on our booking system or feel free to email us for more detailed information or any further questions. We also operate Christmas tours that include some of the Christmas markets in Copenhagen (these will run from mid November to 22nd December).
