I very much enjoyed my experience at Casino Copenhagen and couldn’t disagree more with some of the negative reviews on this site. I’ve been to many casinos world-wide and this was not depressing or disappointing in any way. This isn’t Las Vegas or another gambling destination so one needs to temper expectations and compare this casino to others like it. For a casino in this location, it more than met my needs and a far exceeded expectations (especially considering some of the negative reviews).
The check in process was very quick and efficient and the person with whom I dealt at the front desk was friendly. No passport is needed - just a picture ID. Whilst I prefer not to pay an entrance fee, the 95DKK plus tax ($13.67 USD) is not a major factor and I assume is intended to discourage those coming in and not gambling. You get a free entry for next visit (within a month) for you and a guest and a complementary 50DKK for use on that visit.
I did not use any ATM or credit card to get cash so can’t comment on the rate. I only played blackjack (100 DKK minimum) and found the dealer very friendly and very happy to explain the house rules, including the nuance of the tip that the dealers request when a player gets a blackjack.
I lost my gambling allotment but nevertheless enjoyed my visit and would recommend this casino.

First time I see casino that you have to pay the entry, and really expensive.
You pay even the drinks.
Almost impossible to earn in slots
And incase anytime you earn smth, they ask you for tips
Like mandatory.
You will regret so much for going there.

This is not an experiece at all. Lets start from the start: located at the Radison Hotel the casino is easy to reach and to find. The entrence fee is really high (95DKK = 15€ = 15$) and you don't get a single chip for that. The service ladies at the entrence seemed pretty bored and did not talk to me. After you enter the casino you see the tables in a very boring and uninspired environment. The tables are Black Jack, some kind of table poker and Roulette. Minimum bet for Roulette was 20DKK at this day. The other players where not really friendly and the dealers looked really bored. People where shouting and swearing. Not really fun to play here. The slots are really boring. Not the fun machines from Vegas or other casinos. Only the "book of ra" style machines. If you want to use the ATM they charge you a double service fee (40DKK and 17%) which is not OK. The drinks are pretty expensive. I would not come here again and would not recommend to go to the Copenhagen Casino. If they do not change the style, the motivation of the dealers and the service this place will be dead with in the next 3 years. And it would not be a big loss for gamers and the city.

Dårlig atmosfære. Rigtigt slidt og gammelt. Skumle og ubehagelige gæster. Tag til casino Vesterport istedet hvor der er meget hyggeligere , lavere priser i baren og bedre betjening.

Fra det øjeblik vi ankom har vi fået den bedste betjening. Selv inde i casinoet kom fyren der “tjekkede os ind” og spurgte om vi ville have en forklarinng til det hele, da det var første gang vi var der. Alt i alt en fed oplevelse - og kun pga betjeningen

Un posto davvero bello da vedere, noi siamo andati di venerdì sera ed era pieno di gente, i tavoli erano pieni, ovviamente se non si conosce il danese è meglio guardare e basta.
All'interno si può bere qualcosa, ritirare e cambiare i soldi.
Personale abbastanza gentile, appena entrati ti fanno pagare, posare tutti i giubbotti e roba varia, ti scattano una foto e chiedono il documento.
Esperienza da provare.

Skrupløse dealer og sjeffer,hvis du ikke give drikkepenge.De truer dig at de smider dig fra Casino.De tror at alle andre menesker er ingeting.De får løn og de er medlem av forforening og de har fastløn.Hvorfor vi skal give dem drikkepenge.Tager til Århus.De er godt menesker og de siger aldrig at du skal give drikkepenge.

I would like to express my huge disappointment of my recent visit to your casino today, on Friday 7th of August around 9:30 pm.
Whilst I was playing a slot with a friend of mine we realised that the machine was really loud so we instantly put the volume bit down. Suddenly a stranger came behind us and pressed the volume button to silent mode.
As you might understand, people are superstitious whilst playing the games. My usual habit is playing games with sounds on as I strongly believe they enhance my luck.
Anyway, the stranger came and pressed the button to silence the machine and started immediately shouting to us that the machine is too loud. I said to him in a polite manner that if he had asked us to reduce the volume we would have done that. Instead Of that he started threatening us and using f-word and we immediately seeked help from staff.
Apparently the man involved in this incident was told to be a regular customer by your staff and we were REQUESTED to choose another slot machine. Also this particular man was quite far from us at the smoking cabin and not even close to the machine we were playing.
I hope you understand we lost all interest in playing as we believed the chosen slot was a good one.
I would like to raise it to your attention as well that the trip to this Scandinavias biggest casino had been a dream of mine. I haven’t had an holiday for nearly 12 years and I was really looking forward to spend a exciting evening at it. Obviously we had withdrawn quite an amount of cash to spend during the night. Unfortunately in this case this visit was a really upsetting experience.
I hope you treat this complaint seriously and start necessary training for your staff for future incidents like this and I hope you’ll invite us back during our trip which will end on Monday.
I also hope that we already had spent a fabulous day at Copenhagen and this was was supposed to be the highlight of the evening.

- Significant entrance fee (95DKK)
- impossible to buy chips with credit cards

My wife 'n I visited Copenhagen in Nov.2019 to stay in the Casino Cop. Hotel. Conveniently located (near a heavenly park 'n river) this hotel ensures our pleasant visits to Trivoli Park, New Haven, Walking Streets 'n Palaces. During our 8-day tour there (after a 2-week Nordic cruise holiday) the weather was fine, only with some drizzling afternoons. We could visit the only casino in the city -- within our hotel! Though small 'n quiet this casino impressed us with some winnings. The Trivoli Park is a mere 5-min drive from our hotel. Plz ensure your exploration there -- a world-renowned theme park surely for the enjoyment of all ages.
