With my companion, we were looking for an authentic experience with sled dogs and we found it with this half day spent with Stephanie. A timeless place, very endearing dogs, clear explanations, perfect equipment for the cold and a very pleasant lunch break in a cabin near a good fire. However, the experience was tarnished by 2 very unpleasant reactions from Stephanie and a slightly authoritarian tone. It's a shame...

A timeless moment with a guide passionate about her dogs and not her adopted country.

Great experience! Stephanie who loves her dogs transmits her passion and her know-how. Dogs are adorable and have incredible energy!

We chose to book the “drive a sleigh” activity.
Stéphanie is certainly a good professional who offers a great service (dog harnessing, beautiful course
in a magnificent setting and nice meal in a small shelter along a lake). Furthermore, she gives a lot of very interesting information about dogs.
It is regrettable that the love she has for her dogs and her stress when she worries about them results in unpleasant reactions towards her necessarily inexperienced clients.

What an amazing experience! The dog sledding tour was fantastic, and our guide was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and introduced us to the dogs, which we loved. 100% recommend this unforgettable adventure!

The whole family loved it ! It was fabulous, an unforgettable experience!
It was really great and personalized, my parents let themselves be driven and my sister and I drove a sleigh. Despite the exceptional weather at the beginning of January (-40°), Stéphanie did everything possible to ensure that we could have this unforgettable experience. She was able to adapt to the elements while protecting her dogs and ensuring our comfort and safety. Everything went very well, we loved being able to take the time to cuddle lots of dogs, enjoy the landscapes, and the break in the cabin was very pleasant. This relationship with nature was really what we were looking for.
Stéphanie is very professional, very attentive to her animals, and her dogs repay her. They are adorable and happy to run! She is very friendly and attentive, she answered all our (many) questions, she shows great professionalism but also closeness and kindness. She shared with us the pleasure she has for her passion and for the culture of the region.
We recommend without hesitation, and we hope to have the opportunity to return one day! We all agree that it was a crazy experience! :)

When I booked my trip to Kiruna in October I did not expect there to already be such heavy snow, so I contacted Stephanie via Instagram to ask if I could book a tour as I wanted to make the most of the unusually early wintery conditions and experience a husky ride. She got back to me straight away and offered to pick me up and drop me off from my accommodation for no extra cost. It was a lot of fun to meet the huskies, help set up the harnesses and enjoy a 40-minute ride through the forests (with snowmobile rather than traditional sled, as they are still training ahead of peak season). Stephanie was very friendly and clearly loves what she does. I would thoroughly recommend joining one of her husky tours – you will have a fantastic time!

Must do experience in Kiruna. Stephanie is a wonderful guide and the dogs are beautiful, friendly and well cared for. We both enjoyed driving the sled and riding. Lunch was cooking sausages over an open flame in a lovely little hut on the lake. We had the woods and lake nearly to ourselves (we only saw two snow mobiles and one skier). We were lucky enough to see a small herd of reindeer. Would do again!

Nous sommes un couple et Stéphanie nous a fait découvrir cette belle région de Laponie avec une activité de chiens de traîneau. Professionnelle elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous as fait découvrir sa passion pour les chiens. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment proche de la nature, en symbiose avec l'environnement de manière personnalisée. Stéphanie s'adapte et offre une prestation de grande qualité. Nous étions 2 sur le traîneau tiré par 10 chiens. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce moment. Cela a correspondu à notre attente loin des tours opérateurs industriels. Je recommande vivement. Merci Stéphanie.

We booked a tour for the family (3 of us), and got it in a really private way: it was only us, and Stephanie. When setting up the dogs, we could see what great trust and relation Stephanie has to her dogs, how familiar she is and how friendly, nice, peaceful, cuddly and willingful they are. She included us in preparation, to make us familiar with the dogs, gave us a very, very good instruction on how to deal with them and with the sleds, and then we started. An unbelievable experience...we drove through the forests, over frozen lakes, through open areas...THAT much fun, and that well prepared and organized! We stopped for a lunch break on her cabinet somewhere in the landscape, had a nice BBQ, and then returned. Meanwhile, it started to snow, getting even colder than in the morning. Again, we have been engaged into dismissing the dogs, cuddling them, say them "thanks for your service"... it was fantastic to see how playful and silent her kennel runs, all the dogs are really good friends (as far as we could find out).
Throuout the whole tour, we felt not as customers but as very welcome guests, being treted in the best possible way, taking care for the dogs at the first level, then us, and lastly for the rest...we could feel Stephanie's passion for what she is doing the whole time. We had a dog sled tour the year before (on another spot in Sweden), which was really nice - but it was definitely outstanding with Stephanie. When coming back to the area, Stephanie will be a "must" again!
