One on one or in a group, Quesada Fitness Gym coaching is the very best!

I live in Quesada and my granddaughter was visiting on holiday. She's a junior lady boxer and in just a matter of weeks, she's fighting in a major international amateur boxing tournament in Dublin against opponents from as far away as Canada & Mexico. This is her first international tournament and her coach was dead keen that even on holiday, she kept her fitness training up and herself in peak condition for the biggest event of her short life. As a regular visitor to the gym myself I had a word with Jodi, the ideal coach for this job. She took Elke for a number of one on one sessions. Elke loved her coaching with Jodi who got the balance of 'push and praise' just right. When Elke's coach in N Ireland messaged her with suggestions for what to do, Jodi already had Elke doing them. All credit to the great team at the Gym and a big thanks to owner Viv and coach Jodi from me.

The excellent gym is cool with a very pleasant and also welcoming team. Lots of apparatuses to maintain yourself active and fit. Also saunas for both sexes throughout the out-of-season time. Classes for various kinds of exercises. Helpful for any age. Every little thing you require in an air-conditioned setting. He he Sorry we in Quesada, Rojales, we have had our building built so we will not be moving, we are not far away from Algorfa only 7kms away which is 4 miles.

I’ve been coming here for a few years each time I am in this area of Spain. It’s a very welcoming place with a wide selection of training equipment. Very easy parking as well. I really enjoy training here and will continue to do so each time I am in the area.

Our Fridays class is normal very busy.. try another day. Pilates on three times a week. Tuesdays 10.45 Thursdays 9.30 Fridays 10.45 Hope to see you again.

Tiene todo aquello que necesitas para tu ayuda muscular, pierde grasas bicicletas pesas etc
No te olvides y ve que tiene un precio económico por semanas
