Absolutely great service. Repaired a wonderful bracelet with them. The service was super fast and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bracelet looked better than new once I picked it up.

Recommended by a friend who had a ring designed and made there. My engagement ring needed a diamond replaced and dipped. I am over the moon with the results. Looks like a brand new ring. Very competitive prices.

We dropped my wife's engagement ring in to have a stone replaced and a clean/polish as well as getting rhodium plated/re-plated.
Paul got it back to us within a few days and it has came back beautiful, just like new.
The price was also very reasonable! My wife actually thought he was winding us up when we asked for the bill (she was over 250 euros out 😂)
Will most definitely be using Paul again for any cleans/repairs we may need.
Will also pop in at some point to have a look at a couple of the nice watches he has.

Very helpful and professional. My wife’s engagement ring had a diamond missing. Ring as good as new in 3 days. Excellent service.

Went to see Paul, a real gentleman and so easy to talk to.
I had in mind a design of a dog-tag shaped pendant with the sign of the Fleur de Lis that I wanted made for my son, it was to hold the ashes of his dad.
Paul worked with me on the idea, and was very interested and patient as we did an initial drawing which quickly came together.
Once he had the idea of what I wanted, he would send me video clips of a 3D computer generated model to see if I was happy or if anything needed changing.
It needed to be sent away for a finish process, when Paul received it back he contacted me to say it would take a little longer as he was upset with the workmanship of the finish done and on showing me, so was I.
He then looked to find someone else to put the finish to the pendant.
I must say on seeing the finished product, it brought a tear to my eye, it was exactly how I’d imagined it to be.
Paul’s attention to detail was second to none and his customer service is first class!
He obviously puts in 100% and has a passion for what he does.
Will definitely be returning with another idea I have, worth a visit as he has some beautiful pieces of jewellery.

Went to this Jewellers in Ciudad Quesada with my wife who wanted to get her ring repaired, but noticed that they also repair watches. Paul and his wife were very helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. I will be using them again as they are very professional and reliable and would highly recommend them!

Went to the Spanish pawn brokers in quesada by Yorkshire linen and Paul and his wife were very helpful my mums old silver ring needed some new marcaite stones and my husband needed part of his watch strap fixing and they did a good job and very fair prices and has some beautiful jewellery in there shop go and visit you wont be disappointed

So surprised to find a Pawnbrokers and High end Jewellery store hidden away in Quesada. Staff are really friendly, extremely knowledgeable, great prices if you're either buying or selling and a really impressive selection of 'Luxury Brand' watches like Rolex, Omega and Cartier - If you want something really special then this is the place to go
