Super top!!
Fantastic experience. Friendly and competent staff, our guide (we don't remember the name..we only know that she is the brother they came from Argentina) was really fantastic! It allowed us to carry out an experience to say the least. Breathtaking!!

Hi,
I have booked the "(Spanish) Husky Park, Reindeer Farm combo by Minibus’’ for myself and 2 young kids via their website.
And what was my surprise when I have found myself in a bus with over 30 people!
I have asked twice the guide (who never introduced himself) before getting into the bus and in the bus if we were on the right group, his answer was YES.
As you can imagine the experience was far from my expectations/tour description/price paid: Basically: 25min to get to the depot outside the city to get the winter clothes, 30 minutes to get people ready, on the Reindeers farm +30 minutes wait to get 30 people on the sleds, then on the Huskies Farm worst... as only 2 o 3 people can be on 1 sled, so we had to wait for over an hour to get on the sled during a 3 minutes ride!! +50 minutes to get back to the depot and then to city.
In my honest opinion when I booked this tour by minibus I was expecting 8 people max.
The only answer I got from the travel agency it was that I should have booked a private tour.

Chain! Nothing's authentic. The sled dog ride is ridiculous, 5 minutes max. The dog cages are in front of you... Tourists are packed waiting for their turn...

We had booked the excursion and we had a meeting place. However no one showed up ... we had to phone and we were therefore late. The person at the end of the phone was absolutely not friendly and was just saying: you are late! But it was not our fault!
Then, snowmobile safari has 30 snowmobiles, which follow at 20-25km/h. We were supposed to hunt the Northern Lights, no explanations were given! Not a single explanation, not even in which direction to look to see the potential Northern Lights.
Once we were at a standstill, guide them to talk together and that’s it! Nothing more!!
Besides, we were supposed to have cookies and a hot drink that we always wait for!
Service null!! Even for tips at the end of the excursion for a place well located to see the Northern Lights bother them!

Affordable price.
Well designed as an activity.
But requires the child to speak English or Suomi. Otherwise you have to accompany him to translate (and pay his place at the same rate).
The meeting takes place at the snowmobile. An elf picks up the participants, and goes out 2 min to cross a path surrounded by fir (pleasant).
Then we go back to a cottage where we are told the story (an elf who is in the final stretch to graduate to officially become an elf). Then we decorate on cakes, learn Finnish words (suomi), and a little dance. Participants also receive their Elf diploma, and a small red hat.

Really enjoyed the experience but instruction and explanation from staff was poor. Not impressed with the guy who issued a telling off over confusion about who was on a snow mobile and who wasn't. Didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me and several others. Apart from that experience was good.

Beautiful experience, we traveled more than 70 km immersed in the Lapland forest and on the frozen river, several photo breaks and the possibility to take turns driving.
Very well organized for pickup service and various communications.
Congratulations to the guide who accompanied us today (10/02) in this beautiful experience but we apologize but we do not remember the name.

The meeting points are very convenient (city center or Santa Claus Village), the activity is really great and the team is very friendly! Thank you for your welcome and your explanations (even if our level of English is not top, they express themselves very clearly and adapt), at the top!

Disappointing experience, lots of downtime and waiting for a few minutes of actual activity (huskies and reindeer), I recommend thinking about simple activities to do while waiting with the children (cook mashmellows / sausages on a fire for example?). On the advice of the operator we did not do the snowmobile part with the children (excessive cold) but the refund was derisory and was not proportionate to the activity that we could not carry out. A very bad experience, not up to the huge cost incurred.

I saw from the website that 30mins snowmobile is €55, would like the check if thermal overall & helmet is included in this price, or we need to pay additional for rental of the thermal overall?

It’s all included. Go for it the experience was amazing. We went for the £100 three hour with a stop over at a hut with grilled sausages then back again I think your trip is too short. Driver licence is mandatory
