We found off street parking to be good when getting in there early, it can get very congested. We also had parking at the various hotels we stayed at and walked

There are a few buses you can take in Monaco at a cost of €2 per person if you pay the driver or €1.50 if you bought your ticket from the machine. Use bus stop “Place des Armes” as a base this is at the foot of the Palace and across from the Port. Bus number 2 would take you up to the Palace and into town. Bus number 3 would take you to Fontvieille which is on the other side of the Palace and another beautiful Port. Bus number 5 would take you to Larvotto Beach. Hope this helps.

There is a bus that does the coastal route and also a train which is very cheap quick and comfortable, it also does the coastal route and we have taken this train route several times. I can recommend it.

I rode the bus once from Nice to Monte Carlo but it did not go along the coast. If it was me I would recommend spending all your time in Monte Carlo my favorite city in Europe. I would also have a drink at the Hotel de Paris and try and eat lunch at Joel Robuchon's restaurant Need to make your lunch reservation well in advance.

There is no menu specifically. It is simple a harbor. There are restaurants around it but you would need to search that under Monte-Carlo restaurants.

There are a few scattered beaches, but it is mainly a rocky coastline. The beaches we passed were quite crowded.
