Donde tomar el funicular

When you get off the funicular, where exactly do you go to get the audio guides? It seems like people have trouble finding them. We will have the full inclusion ticket. I have a map of the fortress but no indication of audio guide location. Can you just go where you choose and stay in each room as long as you want? Are these audio guides to be used with our own device and earphone? Also, I read they are only for use in the “tower” - what rooms/exhibits are in there? Thanks so much for any help!

I know dogs are not allowed in the interior exhibits/museum part of the fortress, but are they allowed in the cafes and restaurants there? Looking for a place to hole up inside with the dog in case it's too cold.

I want to buy advance tickets to the Hohensalzburg for Dec 8, 2022. I plan to use the Salzburg Card for the discount. Is that possible?

I am on the Salzburg-burgen website, and there are three options for buying tickets: Festung Hohensalzburg, Berg Hohensalzburg and Burg Mauterndorf. Please could someone explain the difference? and which is the best to visit?
