Thought I'd try and get a round in while staying in Vienna for a few days. Thought I'd treat myself to a decent round after discovering the green fee was 80euros. 30 more for clubs and 5 for a trolley. The course turned out to be the equivalent of a £20 round in England. Nothing special and no memorable holes. The greens were ok although pretty flat apart from one with two levels. Disappointed.

Cost us about 110 euro for 18 holes, bag rental (clubs, balls, tees), and cart. There isn't a traditional pro shop but a very hospitable woman that checks you in for golf and directs you to the caddie master.
He was excellent- did everything he could to set us up for a nice day of golf. Very great guy.
The course itself is somewhat of a links style with some very difficult approach shots (bunkers/guarded greens). The greens are in pretty good shape and the course itself was in good shape. Built inside a horse racing park and was an enjoyable 18. Wouldn't be a tough course but we had heavy winds which proved challenging.
We (twosome) were able to call the day of and reserve a tee time and played in just over 4 hours (behind a rather slow foursome). But it was overall a great way to spend a day away from the touristy things in Vienna.
Can take an uber to and from and costs anywhere from $20-40 each way.

It was my first time, and I liked it. It is 10 mini from the center of Vienna.
It was a very hot day, almost 40 degrees. The fairway were nice, and the greens were fast. There are wide open fairways and also narrow. Not a lot of water. It is a very challenging course. I recommend it
