St. Peter’s church is pretty much in the centre of the town, so there is plenty to view. Not far there is famous St. Stephen church, just follow Graben St and you get there. There is plaque column and plenty of outdoor eateries and shops along the street which itself is quite nice. Kohlmarkt St is interesting too. Going this way one can get to Hofburg and its park and a bit further a few museums and towards East the famous Opera House. Stadt Park with its Strauss monument is a good walk East. The park is small (not much to it) but the monument is nice. Donaukanal is not too far North, however the river is a bit further. They have a good underground system and easy to use, that can help to explore places further from the centre.

Yes, it is in Vienna and all you need to do is ask your consignor. They will find out for you. If not, just ask someone at the church, the people there are very helpful.

There is no entrance fee, but there is a donation box, and the extra traffic from tourists does raise costs (like cleaning), so you can "vote your conscience" with what you contribute towards maintenance of the infrastructure or supporting their mission.

every time there is a different scheme of music.now-days(March 2017) there is a concert with musicians and organs-3 mucisians scheme if I can recall. But I have to propose avery nice concert in palais schonborn (renngasse 4, 1010 wien), "Barock & Klassik", with Vivaldi, Mozart, Tschaikowski..excellent!!
