我报了这个旅行社的两个团，一个是白天的峡湾之旅，一个是当晚的追寻极光。
白天的峡湾之旅非常美，能让人享受稍许短暂的静谧，我记第一次看到了麋鹿！我的白天的导游是一个意大利人，他摄影技术非常棒！
晚上的导游是一位波兰的女士，她非常迅速，有精神，也很专业，很热情。她与我们其他几位游客一路上也聊得很开心。
Definitely I wish I will see all you guys again in the forthcoming future!

这是我们第二次试图在Tromsø看到北极光，前一次是2018年2月。这种体验明显不在导游的计划內，多亏了天气和太阳活动。虽然这次的天气对我们不利，但是我们的导游Tom做了一件很棒的事情，他在正确的时间找到了一个清晰的时间，同时也用故事、信息和有趣的对话充实了等待的时间。最后，我们看了大约20分钟的精彩表演，同时还看到了许多精彩的瞬间，看了整晚的美丽风景。强烈推荐极光探索旅行社！

我们选择了在12.31跨年这一天来追极光，这个团真的是史上最棒！虽然那天极光强度并没有很高，但依旧是一趟非常棒的旅行。有保暖的衣服真的不用担心深夜在外守着会冷，还有热可可和零食。司机加摄影加探测全能小哥哥特别耐心，教我拍照技能。我们在临近十二点的时候，看到了最幸运的极光！下次来，一定还会报这一家。

非常棒的经历，公司真的提供了他们所能提供的东西。一小组人穿着暖和的衣服和冬季的鞋子，拿着拍摄照片的三脚架，一个热情的导游带着我们去看极光。由于很少有机会能看到极光，所以我们可以选择不去旅行。但我们冒了这个险，导游工作很努力，结果看到了很好的极光。我们最后去芬兰找他们。他们还帮助安装了相机，并为拍摄美妙的照片提供了一个三脚架。热巧克力真的很好喝，而且上的时间恰到好处。我推荐这段旅行给所有想在特罗姆瑟追寻极光的人们！

We are coming to Tromso in Feb 2020 from 18 to 23 . I read you provide suits. Upto what size the suits are provided for Northern light. Do you have a size chart?
Do you provide suit, boots, gloves for kids too?
We want to book a trip after reaching to Tromso and checking the weather for the one of the three days. Is it okay?
Plenty of people mentioned not to book in advance as we may not find clear skies on the day and we may not see the northern light.
We also want to book whale watching trip and some now adventure trip.

Hi, We are interested in the whale watching tour. We would be in Tromso from 29th dec to 31st dec. We would prefer a boat with toilet facilities and a warm,cosy place to sit if we feel too cold. We are from India and aren't used to the extreme climate. Which tour would you suggest? We would also prefer a tour with less people.

Our Rib is faster, newer, open boat, and 360 view all around.
The motor boat has an inside cabin with saloon, toilet, and an open deck with walking possibilities, so more comfort.

No one can predict solar activity and coastal weather that far ahead. Chances can be great, chances can be bad, or chances can be something between those two.
What matters is enough days here to wait out the bad days.
No, the season does not begin in December. The season begins in September.
No, it is not about the best time to go. All dates can be best and worst. You will not find any best time. The sun and our coastal weather changes all the time. The only important thing you can do, is the be here long enough, waiting for a good day.
Yes tours go as normal these dates.

Hello.
Northern lights can be seen well between appr mid Sept to end of March. Can also be good early Sept and early April.
All months can be very bad, and all months can be very good. Solar activity and coastal weather are both very unpredictable, so you can not plan ahead which dates that will be good. The most important for you if you want to see good northern lights, is to have enough days in Tromso, waiting for a good day with lights activity and clear skies.
All months have advantages, and all months have disadvantages. We have northern lights in average every second day, so our answer is; have enough days. It does not matter which month you come, as long as you have enough days here.
