A lovely place to visit. The tour included transportation to the farm and back to Tromso, a delicious traditional waffle with coffee/soft drink and a guided tour at the farm. The animals were friendly and well taken care of, I could tell that they were loved. Nina knew each animal well and could tell us a lot about them. It was lovely to hear their stories, some of them had difficult backgrounds and it was great to see that they were now enjoying their lives. They were setting up air bnb accomodation too if you want to spend the night at the farm and maybe see the northern lights too.
I particulary loved the cuddly donkies and llama kisses.
Great for families with kids and animal lovers of all ages.

Worked on the mini zoo and I don’t recommend to go. The animals are lovely but the owners treated me really bad. If you go to the mini zoo you will support someone that treats bad their workers. I moved to Tromsø from Germany with everything I had and they lied to me about many things and when I arrived the world fell over me. They didn’t care because they live here in Tromsø but they destroyed my begging here and made it really hard for me with 21 years. I hope nobody goes through what I had to go. They don’t deserve people going to them when they have treated so bad their workers. Don’t trust them and what they say. Two faced people!

Really bad zoo and not because of the animal but because of the owners. They just treat you good if you leave money. Very fake!

Favorittdelen var den kule gårdskatten, og å se at dyrene fikk så godt stell. Anbefales til familier med små barn.

Det er et fint sted for de aller minste barna. For voksne og litt eldre barn blir det fort litt lite og kjedelig. Selve stedet var fint hvor det var små hus med gjerde rundt til hver dyreart. Man kunne titte inn i husene og se de utenifra over gjerdet. Å mate ponnier, esler og alpakkaer med gress var populært blant barna. De tilbød også ridning, ellers var det ikke så mye å gjøre. Fin kort utflukt for småbarnsfamilier, men andre syntes nok dette blir litt for lite.

A very cozy and quiet mini zoo, where animals seemed happy and relaxed and walked up to the people if they wanted to rather than the people crowding the animals. The staff seemed to really care for the animals. This is a place I would love to visit again!

Lovely place to spend an afternoon, for all ages. Sorrounded by nature, in a beautiful valley close to Tromsø, you'll find the mini zoo. It's not a traditional zoo, but more of a petting zoo, with the animals welfare in focus. They are treated nice, and are allowed to partake as much as they want when visitors approach them. In my experience, as long as they are treated nice, you will be able to get real close to them, making it a much more interactive and heartfelt experience than a traditional Zoo. You can tell the staff really care for the animals, and this place deserves a lot more visitors. Great price as well!

Fin eftermiddag på minizoo. Söta små hus där djuren bor. Djuren verkar ha det superbra! Barnen älskade det! Anbefalles absolut!

На осмотр этого зоопарка у нас ушло меньше часа, настолько он мал. Тем не менее, есть здесь несколько вольеров и даже оранжерея крытая с бабочками.

It was a pretty rainy day when we went, but still most of the animals were outside. You can go into their "stables" - which are very cute red houses - to read about the animal and learn a bit more about their habits.
The zoo is big enough to spend half a day with children who are interested. Our 17 month old does not yet have the focus to spend a lot of time with each animal, so it took us an hour.
The family run business has a variety of animals on display (donkey, horses, goats of all sorts, fowl, ...). They seem to be very well taken care of. And on top of that the owners are incredibly nice and hospitable.
Be aware that they do not take all foreign bankcards, so bring cash to make sure.
Very well worth a visit!
