No puedo hacer una comparación con otros Tour operadores. Lo que si les puedo decir es que son unos profesionales en la búsqueda de la Aurora, y lo más importante son incansables, no se resignan por el mal tiempo ni la "poca actividad" buscan hasta que la consiguen. Esto se aprecia mucho, por qué hicimos un viaje de pocos días y si no se insiste, te vas sin ver tan majestuoso espectáculo. Y el servicio muy dedicado. Gracias Amazing Aurora.

Tom was our guide and we were suggested/booked with Tom as one of our others tours got cancelled (long story).. We are glad we went on this tour. Tom was knowledgeable and constantly in touch with his friends or other guides on the hunt and even stopped at a place when we saw some activity. He then took us to his lake house, beautiful place and nice setup and then the activity reduced, but he was confident it was going to come back so we waited for almost 2 hours and saw some amazing display!
The hot chocolate and snacks were great. Also the fish stew (had by the husband) was amazing. Since I am vegetarian, but Tom was not informed so he din't have arrangements, but he quickly arranged for a sandwich for me (i was the only one) and that personal touch felt really nice!
Tom and his wife are really sweet and kind people and we had a lot of fun. He even clicked our pictures and pictures of the activity and sent it to us the very next day!
A plus was he dropping us back to our hotel/cabin stay late in the night.

Vi havde en fantastisk god oplevelse med Amazing Aurora - Karlsøy Buss som virkelig gør alt for at man skal føle sig godt tilpas og gør et stort arbejde for at finde Nordlyset.
Vi kan varmt anbefale Tom Olaisen som er fantastisk :o)

We booked with Tom on the recommendation of another guide who was fully booked.
He responded quickly to emails and questions which was great. Unfortunately the day we had planned to go a storm set in and Tom rang to say it would not be safe to go out that night. He offered us the choice of a refund or rebooking and was extremely apologetic despite the weather not being under his control at all!
Thanks Tom for trying and making sure we didn't risk hypothermia or being blown away in gale force winds! We will certainly rebook to try again next time we are in Tromsø!

Dopo un viaggio che avrebbe potuto chiudersi con poca aurora vista abbiamo scelto di affidarci a questo tour per vedere l'aurora. E non ce ne siamo pentiti! Tom ci ha portato, essendo il cielo sgombro, nel suo campo base su un bellissimo lago ghiacciato. Ci ha aiutato nello scattare foto e mi ha anche prestato il cavalletto. Fuori faceva freddissimo (-15) ma dentro il campo c'è posto per sedersi, il fuoco e bevande calde. Dall'altra parte della strada in una casa di proprietà c'è anche un comodo bagno. Verso la mezzanotte quando l'attività è scemata ci ha portato ancora in giro in cerca di una visuale migliore, ma purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati. Non più di quanto già fossimo stati!

We prebooked this excersion and waited at the tourist information for pick up. Tom our guide arrived and we were on a very comfortable warm bus...the night was cloudy but Tom drove many miles to fulfill our expectations in trying to find the aurora. ...we had a brief glimpse and got back at 3am in the morning. We wanted more so booked again for the following day....again we had Tom drive for miles...we had hot chocolate, camp fires and fish soup...some of the group had additional suits and boots to keep warm...it was -15 but you forget all that when magical things happen...Thanks Tom for a brilliant adventure small group - 9 of us - and great information and details...would do it all again without hesitation

Our trip the previous day was cancelled by another operator due to bad weather. That operator booked us on the Amazing Aurora tour with Tom instead the following day as they were fully booked! Tom turned out to be a lovely guy, and we had an amazing night. The weather was bad but we drove all the way into Finland, and then waited to see the lights when they finally appeared! Tom helped us with our camera, gave us snacks, and took photos with his own camera, which he then sent through to us later by email. We didn't get back to our hotel until 4am, which he dropped us off directly. Overall a great tour, and Tom was great! Thanks again!

Excellent tour! Tom create a great atmosphere and he drove all night looking for the right place to see the Aurora and finally we found it and it was magnificent!
Then he drove back to Tromsø dropping everybody to his own place.

There were heavy snows and northern light index was only 1 out of 8, I asked Tom if the tour would be cancelled. Fortunately Tom didn't give up. He had been driving for almost 9 hours to the north of Tromso to chase for the northern lights, he stopped and got off the car for several times when he saw a clear sky, we just needed to sit in his new and comfy car and waited to be called to see northern lights. Finally, we saw northern lights in two spots, when our camera was exposing for 20 seconds, we kept running around to keep ourselves warm.
Tom is so enthusiastic and helpful, no fancy words but working with great effort, I really recommend his tour service if you wanna chase for northern lights in Tromso!

I had a great time with Tom and an amazing night. Actually I was worried about the tour at the beginning since I could not contact him either through email or phone. But he showed up at the tourist centre finally.
Tom is an experienced guide that he could find where the aurora is although aurora index was only medium. The snacks he provided were great too, highly recommend.

Hello, we are visiting Tromso March 13th -16th, ( a group of four adults ),are the chances of seeing the Aurora reasonable in this Month, as your Northen Lights night looks amazing.
