仲夏夜徒步

2024年7月 • 独自旅游

在午夜徒步是一种很特别的体验，山川和峡湾在午夜的阳光下的柔美和白天截然不同。夜间团参加的人不多，我的团只有两个人，有如私人定制，物超所值。领队Evgeni对大家的照顾无微不至，不但给我们讲了很多本地的人文历史，还负责照相，并且贴心的提供了登山杖。他还在山顶为大家提供了餐饮，随身携带的热水，坐垫儿，可见工作非常专业走心。

感谢Wandering Owl和Evgeni给我们带来的完美北欧体验。期待下次再一起玩儿 :-)

Wonderful trip!

极光向导很专业，一直带着我们往芬兰开，最后追到了极光，食物也很好吃，虽然有些冷但是多亏了向导提供的防寒服和靴子，总而言之是很幸福的旅行，我见到了很美的会跳舞的极光！

Of course, as you know we can not promise anything to do with the weather (like Aurora activity) but we can promise a positive experience; home-made meals, hot chocolate and biscuits - all made freshly (and with love) in our Owls Nest. 让人有点失望的雪地健行

一直以来都很喜欢雪地健行这项活动，在日本北海道参加过2次觉得都很有趣，但这次参加Wandering Owl的雪地健行却有点失望(参加时间:2月10日)。首先，觉得导游似乎没有好好选点，好像随便选一座山就开始健行，风景并没有如介绍图片中的漂亮，我们从停车场开始往上走，走到半山腰可以遥远看到一座湖，然后穿过树林继续往上走，感觉漫无目的，中午吃饭时也没有找个地方让我们好好休息，就随便找个地方让我们站着吃完，而吃饭时最需要的是热饮，结果是活动结束回到停车场才给我们热巧克力；另外，导游在活动过程中，并没有进行很多的讲解，感觉他对这个地方似乎不熟；最后，我们这一团只有6个人，但导游似乎都把精力放在其中2个人身上，导致我们觉得受到忽视，令人感觉不悦。总之，本来事前对这次活动充满期待，最后却觉得失望，唉~~~

Hello Minyi C, Firstly, thank you for taking a moment to provide us with valuable feedback. We appreciate all feedback, it allows us to continuously improve ourselves. Here is some background information: As we have advertised, we choose our hiking location based on the environmental conditions on the day - we go to wherever is safest and the most comfortable. we can never guarantee the one location as the environmental conditions will not be favorable all of the time. Norway is mountainous, we must ensure that we are not taking guests in any area where there is the risk of avalanche. On this particular day, we were limited with where we could go because of the forecasts, which is why we choose where we choose. There are about 100 hikes in this region, which is why we can hike almost any day of the year. It is not possible for every guide to know every trial perfectly, like the back of their hand. But I assure you, our hiking guides, including the guide you were with, is familiar with all the hikes and this is his third season in Norway as an outdoor hiking guide and Northern Lights guide. We take your feedback seriously and ensure we will be adding these points to guides training in the future. Again, thank you for providing this feedback. We hope to welcome you back to Tromso again soon.

很棒的极光团体验

我们的导游是 Karolis和麦克，日期是2月8日，因为前几天参加另一个mini tour没有看到极光，只能把希望寄托在Wandering Owl上。我们晚上6点左右出发，因为这几天Tromso天气都不好，所以导游往南开车约1.5-2小时，带我们到另一个地方等极光，中途 Karolis停下来几次观测天空的状况，最后停在一个安静的山谷中。没想到一下车我们就看到极光了，长长一道划过天际，虽然因为当天是满月，肉眼看到的极光淡淡灰灰的，但照片拍起来很清楚，大家开心的拍了半个多小时，极光慢慢消失，此时，麦克已经在雪地上挖了一个大坑，让大家可以安稳地待在里面烤火吃东西，而此时，极光又出现了，再次跨越天际线，大家又再次兴奋起来。一个晚上看到2次极光，让我们开心极了，而Wandering Owl提供的服务很完整，包括极光衣物、脚架、热汤、面包及饼乾，将我们照顾得很好，车子也非常舒适，本来以为15人的团有点大，但其实一点都不会，车子坐起来很舒服，比8人团的厢型车舒服多了，如果有机会，希望能再来一次Tromso再追一次极光，极度推荐Wandering Owl的极光团^^。

They will always do whatever it takes to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience and to maximize your chances of seeing Aurora. Thank you appreciating all the equipment provided by Wandering Owl, we know that in harsh Arctic climate our guests need proper thermal suits, boots and warm meal and chocolate to stay comfortable while waiting for the great Aurora show. Dear tchu0414, Many thanks for your recommendation. It was a really a great hike to one of our most scenic place around Tromsø. With a super flexible group so that it was well-paced and suitable for everybody, (hope you got some great memories with the pictures you took :-). 最好的北极之旅

很棒的旅行!在白雪茫茫中行走，然后停在山上看峡湾的美景。我们经验丰富的向导Virgil设法在雪地里生火，我们享用了伦德尔汤和热巧克力，还有自制的奶奶饼干。在回来的路上，尽管天气实在很糟糕，在回来的路上，我们还是看到了极光。我们强烈推荐这个公司。谢谢Tabitha和Gisela。

We joined Arctic Landscape. During the tour, Matias and Petr not only drove us to the beautiful spots to enjoy the arctic view, but also took really nice pictures for us. Want to say thank you to them and recommend this tour to others :) and we love the hot chocolate during the lunch!

两位向导选的地方都很美，适合拍照和欣赏北极的景色，照的照片也很好，总体来说十分推荐。就是卫生间会不太好找，所以尽量少喝些水比较好。

Hello Jocylc, yes January is a perfect month to see the Northern Lights. The Aurora season is between September and April each year. This is because we need darkness to run the activity. We tend to escape the city to avoid light pollution and to reach our special spots (sometimes we drive till Finland to allow our guests to get the chance to see the Aurora!). Note that, to be able to see the Northern Lights, we also need a clear sky, without clouds! The weather forecast in the area is constantly changing, from an hour to another, and Nature is still unpredictable, but thanks to their local knowledge and great passion, our Guides always try to put all the information available to make it happen :) It is a real chase! January is high season here in Tromsø, make sure to save your seat a bit in advance!
