Was at the Monk last night. I bought frozen strawberry daiquiri. Tasteed nothing but frozen water with a hint of strawberries. I guess there should be alcohol in the... no taste of alcohol. I complained after drinking 3-4 small snacks. I was told that it was how they made it, and received no compensation. It's the most expensive water lock I've ever drank. Kr. 148. - Shame, because the room was great. Never come back to the Monk.

Cozy little brown pub with a good selection of beers on tap! Live music was very good.

Interesting cellar bar with small outdoor seating area. Good selection of beer, albeit at the eye water Norwegian prices. Make one drink last for an hour!!

The place for adults? Saturday at 6 p.m., age group 50+ at least this evening. Good troubadour who started playing early. Real cream in Irish, big plus there! Many kinds of beers on tap and a good selection of rum/gin etc. Small pub, so there will be a good atmosphere here with 40. Small toilet, but if you're in a pub, you're in a pub.

Koselig sted å stoppe for å høre musikk å ta en øl eller to.... Veldig bra stemning med og hyggelig betjening - lett å komme i snakk med gjestene. Eneste minuset er at utvalget på mørk øl er lite - kun en sort. Gjester i alle aldersgrupper.

Vi var tre venner innom på Munken for å ta noen øl etter restaurant besøk. Det var god stemning der på torsdag kveld. Vi liker godt at det er Happy Hour priser på 0,4 øl hele uken nå. Vi kommer garatert tilbake her

For en velkomst til en brun ligande pub .. visste ikkje eieren var bak baren .. visste seg å være noe helt anna!
Her er det proff servering, særs bra service og en følelse av "chill"!

Visited Halloween Oct 16, friendly staff, more mature crowd, great duo guitar and vocals; the girl could really sing! Mostly played rock songs. Beer OK, and price typical for the area at approx 11Euro a pint.
