Martin helped my sister get her first set of gear, helmet, boots, jacket and trousers. Was extremely patient and understanding with her and very helpful in getting her what she needed to start out with.

Popped in to find out where the “reset” button was on my intercom. Came out with a new fitted pinlock, cleaned and serviced helmet and informative banter with Pierre. So just the usual brilliant customer service!. And it’s that which keeps companies like Bike Stop at the top of their game. See you again soon !

I visited yesterday to speak to someone about intercoms. After a brief chat with Martin, he recommended that I bring my helmet in to see how bulky etc different models were and the kind of fit I would get. I came in today, and Martin had arranged for James to help me out. After looking at a few different options, I decided on the Cardo Edge.
After testing it out earlier, it is in a league of its own in comparison to the others that I have tried.
I just wanted to thank Martin, James and the team for their great customer service and product knowledge as ever!
Monica was fantastic for the duration of my visit too as I had my young daughter with me and she was thoroughly looked after!!

Been to BikeS top twice no, Fiest time was just completely blanked and not 1 of there shop assistants gave us anytime as prefered to serve couples and i only had my Son who soon be turning 16 and was out to buy complete setup Crash Helmet, Gloves, Jacket ect.
Second Time ( today 01/2/22 ) went there again to find the same, Was allowed in shop and went upstairs, We knew what we wanted but did anybody serve us no, was up there 20 minutes before 2 staff come out of upstairs office and rushed downstairs with that we just left and will spend our money in a shop that welcomes your custom.

We are very sorry about this and I do hope all our other reviews indicate just how we normally look after customers. I don't want to make any excuses about how busy we were because shop customers are critical to us and that is why we offer extras like a Cafe and over 25 events a year. All I can do is apologise again and learn from your feedback. I do hope you will give us another chance.

Second time i have been to the shop, really friendly staff. Purchased a Hornet ADV helmet 5 minutes before closing on a sunday and James could not have been more helpful, he fit the pinlock and my intercom for me saving me a righ FAFF, what a ledge. Highly recommended place to visit for any biking gear.

I've been a customer for over 20 years but moved to the North of Scotland last year. I was back in the area for work and visited on Sunday just as they were closing. I told the staff how far I'd travelled and that I wanted some Dainese Gortex trousers. They kept the shop open for me and let me try some on. I've now got some Gortex to keep me warm and dry when back at home. Next time I'm in the area I'll make sure I've got more time to browse. Excellent clothing, brilliant service and knowledgeable helpful staff. Highly recommended

Every time I visit Bike Stop the staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. They have a great choice of clothing and sizes.

Purchased a pair of ladies Dianese leather pants recently, on line. Service was fantastic. I missed cut off for next day delivery by 5 minutes and wanted the pants in time for a road trip - the team went the extra mile to ensure I had the pants on time - which I did.
