Boat Sunset Party was brilliant and the DJ was probably the best I have heard in a long time! great experience and I would do it all over again. UNREAL.

Excellent from booking to confirmation and getting on the Dorset Queen. We booked bottomless afternoon tea and what a wonderful boat and setting. The prosecco flowed and Robin made sure we were looked after. With Jon giving information on the sites around us as we went around Poole harbour and chatting to our fellow passengers a fantastic day was had by all. With the third team member quietly helping with everything a great experience to be had.

So my wife saw an advert on a music festival site we frequent for a gin jazz and cruise event today 16th July 3pm
Had some issues with the website booking so my wife emailed to check the details and after being told everything was still going she paid for two tickets.
We travelled down from South Wales parked up at Poole Quay walked to the quayside with AGES to spare, popped into a pub for lunch came out with over an hour and a half to go … and waited
Nobody came. Nobody opened the kiosk. The boat did not come. We walked up the quayside and found the boat tied up next to the harbourmasters pilot boat, deserted.
Another couple whose daughter paid for them to take the same trip were waiting too. They’d had no notice of any cancellation either.
To say i’m unimpressed is the understatement of the year. I was looking forward to some fun after a singularly unpleasant week terrified of the day surgery i had to undergo. This was our celebration of getting that over and done with. And these scum have trashed it.

Excellent communication through booking and up to the day of the event. Always prompt response to enquiries. Friendly, helpful staff, keeping us informed and safe on our trip, happy to chat and enjoying the groups comments and enthusiasm. Excellent service. The Dorset Queen is an excellent vessel to go out on and all needs were met. Thanks to all.

A fantastic way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary with family & friends on board the beautiful Dorset Queen Boat.
We were welcomed on board with a glass of wine which was a lovely touch.
We choose the Fish & Chip option which we all enjoyed.
An amazing night was had by all, along with a lovely sun set to enjoy.
It was a night which we will never forget.
I would highly recommend this.
Jon & the crew were absolutely great & nothing was to much trouble for them

We really enjoyed this Afternoon Tea on board Dorset Queen a gift to my husband and I from our sons and families. The sunny, warm weather helped tremendously as we motored around the island's of Poole Harbour, with a superb commentary as we enjoyed the views. All crew were friendly and efficient, the glass of bubbly as we boarded was a nice welcome. The afternoon tea was good but a little disappointed that the cakes looked like they had been bought from a supermarket rather than been made by a home or professional local baker. The boat was immaculate and considering it's age and history it's in great condition, looks like a lots of love and attention has gone into keeping it this way. A very relaxing afternoon and definitely recommend doing this Afternoon Tea trip either to give as a gift or a treat for yourself and friends.

The fish and chip cruise was a perfect afternoon for our family group of 18 people. The crew of the Dorset Queen were friendly and efficient and Robin was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the commentary on a beautiful sunny calm day. We would all recommend this harbour cruise.

It was my birthday weekend, and my friends surprised me with this cruise. We were first welcomed with drinks and the view was so nice. First of all, I enjoyed myself as it was my first time experiencing the cruise.
However, the DJ was not keen and open to more reggae songs suggestions. The food portion was very little as well, especially when I don't eat goat curry and the lady who served me did not provide me any alternatives. I had to ask her for the veggies but she seemed not keen about it. Moreover, there was members of staffs who were not as pleasant as they are supposed to be on a sunset cruise.

My family & friends went on a 3 hour Dorset queen cruise to celebrate my Birthday. In the build up to the day Jon (owner) could not have been more helpful in ensuring what we required was provided.
Dorset Queen is well turned out with very smart indoor / outdoor areas.We were welcomed on board with either a glass of Prosecco or a beer, a nice start !!! We then cruised around Poole Harbour area and saw some beautiful sights including a wonderful sunset. We had a good BBQ, plenty of drinks & a well used dance floor to add to the enjoyment of it all.
Dorset Queen, Jon & his on board team (Darcey & Ken) worked hard throughout to ensure we had a great time. I would highly recommend it for such like events.

Sorry for the late reply Micky.
We do a Party Cruise from Poole Quay every Saturday night, 7pm-10pm.
It is £30 a ticket which includes an onboard BBQ as well as a Welcome Cocktail and guest list entry to various clubs in Bournemouth afterwards.
Unfortunately no companies run from Bournemouth Pier anymore as the Pier itself has become unsafe to load and unload from.
