I, like the other reviewer in May 2016, originally booked via Groupon. It was clearly explained in the email both from Groupon and from The Holistic Retreat how the voucher system worked. It was an amazing experience and one which would have been worth the full price. As it was the Groupon voucher made it even better value. I will be returning!

My daughters 21st Birthday Treat with my Mum & Me! My daughter and I had the Blissed Package with Thai Massage which was amazing, my Mum had the Therapeutic Face Massage & Leg & Foot Peppermint Massage. Fresh orange juice in the relaxation room then on to our treatments and chillout time. No rushing, made to feel welcome & both ladies were fabulous. Definitely will be first choice of return. Robes & slippers for use, (robes could be better quality & softer) everything else lovely. Great time & definitely will recommend.

My mum, sister and I had a treatment each as part of the blissed out package and we all enjoyed them very much. Catrina was very accommodating to my mum's health needs, as she was unable to have massage so she recommended a Reiki treatment instead, I hadn't seen my mum so relaxed and balanced in a long time! She also suffers with bad sleep and she had a very good night's sleep after her Reiki treatment. My massage was as energising as it was relaxing and I particularly enjoyed the scalp treatment.
The retreat is a peaceful little haven with friendly, professional therapists. I would definitely recommend a day out, with delicious food in the cafe next door and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

It was a very relaxing experience and the attention to detail was amazing.
The treatments were the best I have ever had - and I have had quite a few massages at various places !
The mood from the moment you walked in was very calming, I even had a sneaky snooze in between treatments !
The location is also great as the coffee shop next door is an ideal treat to finish off a relaxing day !

I purchased the blissed out package for my partner as a Valentines present and part of his 50th birthday ... I researched the area for somewhere with excellent write ups as I'm not from this area. I can not speak high enough of this little gem of a find tucked away in a beautiful village. From the moment I made the booking Catrina was professional and helpful throughout the whole process - I wanted to upgrade to the hot stone massage as part of our treatment which Catrina very kindly accommodated in our package. The entire experience was perfect from beginning to end. The place really is a "blissful retreat". We both felt so relaxed and chilled out. All the treatment were delivered in a very tranquil atmosphere - the music, the oils and the unrushed professionalism of both our therapists. We would 100% recommend this wonderful place and will definately return - can't wait !!!! Thank you so much ladies perfect start to our weekend .. See you soon xx

My husband & I had a Bliss package bought for a present. The setting is very cosy and comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We both felt the benefits of the different therapies we had over the two hours. The reiki healing was really helpful for my husband and he really felt relaxed after the Swedish massage as did I. Both therapists were very professional and caring. The whole person approach is the ethos created by their warm and spiritual attitude towards their clients wellbeing. I had a really achy shoulder which felt so much better the next day. My husband said he felt a huge release of stress lift from his head! Definitely worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

My husband and I had the blissed out package on Saturday. We were treated to two hours of absolute bliss! The reiki, head massage and foot massage were very relaxing and the full body massage was tailored to my needs and very relaxing. Both therapists were excellent. The retreat is very small and is part of a barn complex, so there are other things to do there which means we made an afternoon of it, visiting the garden centre, beautiful craft shop and tea rooms where we indulged with some cake after our treatments. My only disappointment was that there is no shower there, due to plumbing restrictions at the barn but the tea room welcomed us in smelling of coconut oil and with greasy hair so it was fine. We would definitely go there again. It was a real treat.

As a treat I had a bought a bliss end out package from the Holistoc Retreat and spent this Sunday morning being treated with the utmost professionalism in every sense of the word. The foot and leg treatment was so attentive, to every area, which in my case is vital to my daily activity. My body was rejuvenated after 2hours of relaxational sensation.
I returned home completely re-energised to enable me to feel healthy and happy for the first time in weeks after trying to recover from a serious illness. Thankyou Catrina I can't wait to return again.

Myself and my sister thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours we spent at The Holistic Retreat - we treated each other to the Blissed Out Package as a Christmas present and little did we know how great it was going to be. We both dozed off during our full body massage as it was so relaxing! I found the Reiki session to be of huge benefit to my chronic elbow pain and my hair and skin are so soft and smooth after the oils used on them. The setting is good, lots of parking and we went to the neighbouring café after for lunch. All in all a very enjoyable pampering session with very professional therapists.

We enjoyed two hours of heavenly pampering on Valentines day. The full body, head and foot massages were divine and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Catrina and Carol (beautiful people), we will be back!
