Purchased tickets for myself and my children. On entrance I requested a headset for hearing impaired (for myself). Staff member went off and came back to advise that the headset wouldn't work for the screen I was viewing. They had logged a fault and it hadn't been repaired. Manager would only offer a refund for all of us but my children wanted to see the film. So I have to sit through a film I can't hear properly and pay for the privilege. Terrible management response. Have always supported this cinema despite it being more expensive than local competition. No longer.

Very rarely go to Cineworld these days, we head over to Vue, because its cheaper but Westlife were live streaming their Wembley concert to all Cineworld Cinemas so we booked up a few weeks back and I excitedly waited for the evening to arrive, we got there about 30 mins before the show started and headed to the refreshment stand, no issues there apart from the extortionate prices, then sat in the foyer waiting to be let in, the screen wasn't ready yet, 2 mins before the show was due to start, a staff member comes out and says they're cancelling it due to technical difficulties, they'd been battling for an hour trying to get it to work with no luck, why did they leave it til 2 mins before, I could have gone elsewhere to watch it, absolutely gutted and fuming at the same time, offered a refund and 2 free tickets for another film, tried to redeem tickets today but it says online they can only be used on the meerkat movie days (Tuesday/Wednesday)

The sound needs a major upgrade…not what I’d expect in 2021.
It was also freezing throughout.
Only went here as Dune isn’t in at Vue, and I won’t be going back. Terrible

Family of five 17yr ,16yt and a 15 year old daughter.
Was asked for identification by staff who was very rude .no identification as we dont carry passports anywhere (why would you)
As entry was refused the teenagers behind us in the que was let in.
Clearly not keeping the rules standard for everyone.
Might of dosed a bullet here as the building and inside was looking rather shabby

The main entrance is fabulous with loads of snacks to choose from. The seats are not very comfortable tho and it's very hard to try and sit down as the seats fold and that's very annoying when your holding popcorn and items in your bag and you can't see what you're doing.

Let me start by saying I’ve got an unlimited card, I’ve had it for about 13 years and it’s brilliant, I use it all the time.
Seeing as I’ve had it for over a year, I’ve got a black card, allowing me 25% off food and drinks bought on site at any Cineworld. Even after the 25% off, it’s still very expensive to buy some average popcorn and a soft drink which you can get from any supermarket, restaurant etc.
I’m certain that if they halved their prices, they’d sell more than twice as much, making them more profit than now! How on earth anyone can warrant paying the full (roughly) £10 on a large popcorn and drink, is beyond me.
But, that said, this is a lovely cinema with polite and helpful staff. The screens are fine, with adequate and comfortable seating.

We go to the cinema most weeks and have recently discovered that Bedford Cineworld is a lot cheaper than the other Cineworld cinemas. Really nice cinema, however the speakers were making weird noises half way through the movie

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cinema is clean.
Nice day out for young children as the movie prices are a lot cheaper on the matinee times.
The smell of the popcorn is amazing and very tantalising.
You also get a swimming pool size of cool drinks.

Why do you run the same films as Vue? Waited for The Wife ( an Oscar winning film) and didn’t see it in Bedford??

I love going to this cinema, and have been going to Bedford Cineworld for years and years!! Always clean, always welcoming, and the staff are always nice and polite too!! P.S I don’t work for them by the way...just a big fan of this place!! 👍🏻
