I have had two spa days at this spa, within the Hilton, Heathrow in the last two months and on both occasions I have left already planning my next visit. The spa has great facilities, with a large hydrotherapy pool, mud room, fire and Ice experience, sauna and steam, and is exceptionally clean and well presented. Changing rooms have good sized lockers, clean showers, and adequate facilities, all spotlessly clean throughout our day. We were offered nice fluffy robes and slippers on arrival, fresh towels and more upon request, and given a full explanation of what to expect on the day. Staff were absolutely amazing: friendly and informative about treatments and how to get the best out of our day. I regularly have spa breaks, at lots of different venues, at least once a month, sometimes more and can honestly say that Imagine is great value, has a good atmosphere, with lovely products and superb staff! It's hard to beat their package, facilities for that price! We booked the mud room, which was a private room for myself and my friends' exclusive use, and we spent about an hour enjoying the treatment, which left our skin amazingly soft. The therapist gave us all of the information prior to leaving us to enjoy our treatment and ensured we were happy with everything. We had included in our package a massage, but decided to upgrade and have the treatment of the month, which was the power breakfast facial and both treatments were fantastic. Nadia, Jade and Sophia were lovely, very professional and couldn't do enough to make us feel relaxed and pampered. Thank you. Parking is ample and the hotel is easy to find, although I am local, and the hotel is lovely too. We had a light lunch prior to our spa day starting and Sophia gave us all the information on where we could eat within the hotel. We opted to eat light as we were having treatments, and decided to order at the coffee shop, sandwiches, and sides, and as the lobby was busy the bar staff in the bar area provided us with a table in there and looked after us! Thank you Phillipe!!!! Lovely afternoon with a good friend, great facilities, professional and friendly staff. I will be booking again soon!!!!

I always treat myself to this in January and have never been disappointed. Facilities are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, treatments good and value for money compared to some other spas. There is no swimming pool, but they don't advertise one! The hydro pool is a reasonable size. Whenever I have visited, there has never been more than 2 or 3 other people at the same time, so you're not fighting for a lounger or space in the changing room.

The hotel is easy to find, located in Colnbrook. Plenty of spaces in the car park. Upon arrival, spa staff were friendly and explained the layout. Treatments were good and relaxing, more options of refreshments would have been better. Magazines to read. Pool is freezing and the water should be warmer, it’s a hydrotherapy pool. The temperature in the pool area also cold. Showers scalding hot, temperature hard to gauge, gave up in the end. Facilities clean and gym quiet to use. Afternoon tea, very disappointing. Refused to provide a cold drink, tea only option. Sandwiches had bizarre fillings, spicy avocado/coriander/fish paste/ cheese and jam - couldn’t eat. Cakes had Christmas tree decorations which was poor service when served in January. Don’t think we’ll return based on the afternoon tea experience and lack of pool for swimming

The facilities here are extremely good, the staff are friendly, the cleanliness of the place is well looked after also. The main area has a pool, sauna, steam room & mineral room. The massage selection is also very good.
I have been here twice recently using Groupon vouchers and it has been an amazing pleasant experience. I will be returning again for sure!

I booked an overnight spa package with breakfast, lunch, dinner, spa access and a 30-minute treatment for myself and 5 of my friends for 23rd Nov - the package itself did not disappoint. The hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, however we were meant to receive bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, which were not there so had to ask for them to be bought to our rooms. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected complimentary bottles of water in the room but there was none.
The spa was lovely, quite clean. The steam room was the best one I have been to. There is also a large sauna and a salt grotto. The pool is quite cool, warmer than a normal swimming pool but much cooler than a jacuzzi. The jets appeared to be working. The only thing I would say about the spa is that there are only about 8 loungers and people reserve them with towels. The treatment waiting area is very relaxing with the scent of relaxing oils in the air. After the consultation I had a massage which was fabulous.
The service in the restaurants was quite slow. We waited 45 mins for our starters even though the restaurant was virtually empty. The food itself was a bit bland, not much seasoning. The portions are huge and we were allowed to choose 2 courses for lunch and dinner.
As the package goes, this was good value for money, had I booked it separately it would have cost a lot more. We had a fantastic girly overnight stay.

My Mum , aunty and myself visited imagine spa today , we had a 30 min treatment booked in and could use the spa facilities between 1-5pm. We was greeted by the friendly staff at reception and then taken upstairs to pick the treatment we would like. We all opted in for the raindrop massage , Nadia and Shanai were amazing I feel so refreshed, , made us feel at ease and relaxed . I will defiantly be coming back again . Thanks again ladies .

Spent the best part of the day here. The Hydropool is amazing, very powerful and hits spot. I was extremely tense when I got here. After using the steam room, Sauna and pool. I needed to go to my room and sleep. Will advise booking well in advance as they get pretty booked up (3 Weeks in advance).

We recently visited here for spa day with afternoon tea. We had message which was very relaxing. The service was good, spa facilities were amazing. Only thing I would say is it lacked good toiletries and lotions in the spa area.
The best was afternoon tea. It was superb and each item had its own perfect taste. I would definitely recommend this.

I went with a friend to have a breakfast facial done. Booking the appointment was very easy and the lady was very accomodating over email. The spa is located in the hilton hotel. It is very clean and has a lovely ambience. We both had facials in the same room which was really nice and the facial felt so good and relaxing. We also had a scalp massage which I loved. Once finished the therapists gave us a few minutes to change and then offered a selection of herbal teas and water before leaving. A really lovely facial

HIlton do know how to make their spas look good, this spa has a nice finish, but it's not up to my standard.
The sauna is excellent, and has a good temperature, but the steam room has an overly enthusiastic steam generator.
The ice fountain is out of order or not in use, the pool is only good for hanging around in since it's too shallow to swim in, and some of the water jets don't work, not all of the showers in the men's changing room work ... or in other words, things aren't exactly perfect. Pity. It's not difficult to get it completely right, but people in charge here clearly don't have a eye for detail, or don't care about good maintenance.
