Beautiful experience, the breeder very good and prepared to answer the 100 questions... Very nice place and attentive to detail.. definitely worth doing again.

It was always an experience we both wanted to do as we love dogs but aren't able to have one ourselves. I decided for my partner's birthday whilst we were on holiday to pay for us to do this experience. We normally love going to zoos, sanctuarys and other animal experience days but this was the most expensive animal experience I'd ever paid for - when I initially saw the £70 price tag I thought that was for 2 people for the 2 hours.
Half of the time we spent with about 12 of the female dogs, they were all lovely and it was great to interact with them. They gave us brushes to use, but were never given any toys so most of the interaction was just sitting around stroking the dogs and taking pictures. Then they brought some of the male dogs out and we took them for a 'walk' around another field; again we weren't given any toys or anything interactive to do with the dogs.
The staff were nice and were giving us some basic information about the dogs.
We did have a lovely time with the dogs, even if we did just spend 2 hours sitting and stroking them.
I do think it would've been nice to play with some toys with them, as I'm sure that's how it was advertised.
I just don't think we would return as it was very overpriced in my opinion, especially as I don't know where the money is going as its not a sanctuary or rescue.

This is a must for every golden retriever lover, this is my 4th time and this helps so much when i lost my golden Charlie on my birthday last year and i know this experience was meant for me.
The dogs are so happy and well cared for.

Brilliant experience. Nice setting . 31 perfectly behaved GRs. We came today . We got 16 dogs (they do a split shift!). which all rush out to be first in line for a belly rub. Beautiful gentle dogs clearly loved and very well looked after. Lauren and her team were asked a thousand questions and answered each time with such enthusiasm. Great experience. Well done to you all. 10/10

Any dog lover would love it here! Our visit was a birthday treat for my daughter who loves dogs of all kinds. To be surrounded by more than 30 gorgeous golden retrievers was one of the best days of her life she said. The dogs were adorable, with them enjoying the experience just as much as the visitors. They were so calm and well cared for. The human team gave us a warm welcome with refreshments provided. They are so obviously besotted with their four legged family and keen to share stories about each one. It couldn't have been a better experience. We loved it. I haven't seen my daughter smile that much in a very long time, and she is a really smiley person. She would have stayed all day if she could! We will definitely be back.

Best experience ever!
If you love dogs, this is the perfect 2 hour experience for you. You'll play, fuss and talk to the golden and they'll come to you for cuddles. I felt so relaxed afterwards that it was better than any spa.

Avoid. Absolutely shocking. Majority of dogs are old and in much need of rest and relaxation as opposed to being used for entertainment. Quite clear all they wanted to do was sleep and some had very poor mobility, but instead they were pestered by the staff relentlessly to perform. Staff also very poor in terms of customer service but obviously that’s a minor point when compared to the wellbeing of the dogs. Hope this place shuts down soon and Nicolas Grant-St James acts with kindness and common sense instead of milking these dogs for the £500k currently sitting on his company’s balance sheet (publicly available information).

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The location is scenic and large enough for large parties to enjoy! All of the dogs are super friendly and each have their own traits and personalities. It was the perfect end to our weekend away down south! We first met the group of girls who were cuddly and affectionate, then the boys were introduced to us and we were able to take them for a walk around the nearby wooded area. Afterwards, the boys and girls had a big play together and we then said our goodbyes! The BEST gift I’ve received!

I got this for my partners birthday, and we soon realised that it wasn’t what we expected. The dogs are very overweight and poorly looked after, we felt they seemed pretty sad and sleepy. They didn’t play at all, they just ran out and then fell asleep whilst people stroked them. We suspect they were exhausted from the session before us but also that they were overweight and not exercised properly. There weren’t even any toys for the dogs to play with.
I wouldn’t pay more than £15 for this when I paid £70 per person.
Quite sad to see such a happy breed of dog so unhappy.
The experience could have been so much more but it did not live up to expectations, at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience! My 6-year-old son, Ted, adores dogs, and he had an absolute blast during our visit. The site is impeccably clean, and the staff are more than willing to address any questions. The dogs clearly thrive on the interaction, making this a highly recommended treat for fellow dog lovers. 🐾🐾
