Have come to the Locks Cafe here a number of times for various social events over the years and have never been disappointed.
Came here on Wednesday afternoon with my local Autism social group, it was great to return here again after such a long time, the honeycomb crunch cake and Americano coffee were gorgeous and come highly recommended.
Looking forward to returning here again soon.

Visited for the first time, as the film we wanted to see was no longer on at our local multiplex.
I have given it 5 stars as the staff were very helpful and friendly, the price of the drinks, sweets and snacks were normal and not inflated, and it’s got a lovely, quirky, feel.
I do agree with other reviewers that the seats have seen better days but without people supporting independents like this then they will not be able to spend money on such items.
I’m 6ft and found I had loads of leg room and all was clean and tidy.
It’s nice to be able to take your drink in a real glass into the cinema.
Will visit again.

Nice stop-off in Wolverhampton at the Light House Centre to see David Lindon's micro art.
Free exhibition on micro art, plus lots of normal art to see!
Interesting, if only to see once through a microscope.
Friendly helpful staff.
Nice on-site cafe and clean toilets.

We were impressed how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Arun. They told us about the history of the building and the projects that they are developing there. Had a lovely time watching the film ‘Dream Horse’, giving a pleasant sense of community that the Light House promotes as well. Will surely come back!

I just love the atmosphere which surrounds the experience of visiting Light House Media Centre.
Friendly, welcoming and very reasonably priced and you're supporting a wonderful independent venture. Sadly too few remain.

This is my favourite film venue .The people staffing the establishment are friendly ,helpful and accommodating . On my last visit the ticket seller made me my Hot Chocolate and carried it to my seat for me . How caring is that ?

Went to see the film 1917. There were very few people there. Such a shame as it was an excellent film. The staff were all very friendly. Had a mug of coffee which you are allowed to take in to the auditorium. The seat was comfortable. All the areas appeared clean and tidy. There are not many ladies toilets in the building. This could be a problem if the attendance at the Lighthouse increased. There are many other activities that are held at the Lighthouse. I found it very relaxed and friendly. There are film matinees on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon at very reasonable prices. This includes the latest films. It is worth a visit.

Went to see Cats at the Light House recently. Film was fine but standards there are slipping and it's not the pleasant experience it used to be.
The seats in the film theatre need to be replaced or cleaned or refurbed. The floor is covered with litter and the place smells of cooking, not what I go to the Light House to experience.
The toilets need to be looked after better- they smell and do not seem very hygienic with loo roll on the floor and none in the toilet cubicle with the loo roll holder in pieces. It was like this the last time visited too so it's not an isolated incident.
Come on Light House get your act together and make it a pleasure to see a film there.

Went to see Joker at the cinema there. Haven't been to the Lighthouse for ages and it was a good experience.
First off, the staff were excellent, really friendly. Arun was taking money for the tickets and serving the drinks. He was great. The cafe bit is nice, they run classes at various times where you can knit or learn a language.
The cinema screen was warm, though the seats not quite as comfortable as the big multiplexes. You can take your drink in from downstairs, so we wandered up with mugs of coffee, some brought wine.
The cinema wasn't full, which is a shame. This place needs supporting.

Absolutely shockingly bad exhibition at the Light House. My downstairs WC is larger, plus I think it probably has more genuine memorabilia than this exhibition as well. Paid £26 for a family of four, and then realised its full of ropey guitars with no labels or any relevance to the photos next to them. You can stand in the middle of the room and see everything with a 30 second cursory glance around. The Noel Gallagher silver les paul advertised wasn’t even there!! Trading standards please please pay it a visit.. I thought we were going to support this independent art house gallery, but instead came away thoroughly disappointed. We were totally ripped off.
