The attitude of the staff can be brought to attention. They seem too young to take into account the seriousness of phobias; mainly claustrophobia, which a few of my group mates including myself, experienced whilst down in their “cave”. We were teased and one of the workers asked “ you’re scared of Santa Claus?” Trying to smooth over or literal fears and making a mockery of it. I will most certainly not come back here again and I would recommend that no parents bring their children.

I would highly recommend Wolf Mountain Activity Centre to anyone; children and adults. I recently took students there on a school trip to complete part of there GCSE practical. The instructor Mike, was absolutely brilliant. His explanation of tasks was brilliant, they were short and concise helping suit the needs of our students. He also built a brilliant relationship with them and helped them settle in well. The confidence in the students after a week of climbing increased massively, and it was because of the help and support he gave them! Other members of staff were also incredibly helpful. I cant remember all names but every staff member we came across were incredibly helpful!
They provided us with a professional grading system for us to be able to put forward for the students GCSE's, with some grades coming through.
On top of this, as a well done to the students, Mike allowed the students to experience the caves, a lovely touch which was really appreciated by the students.
Thank you to everyone at Wolf Mountain for their support. The school will definitely be back in the near future.

Fabulous taster archery experience at Wolf Mountain for a birthday. Excellent instructor who was very helpful, friendly and attentive to health & safety with how to fire and retrieve arrows correctly. This course was so fun to do! Practice shots then some games to hit specific areas in order on the targets (no easy task). We enjoyed this course so much, I’d definitely love to come back and do more. Highly recommended, thank you! 😊

Went last Friday evening with my son for a taster session. We have only climbed occasionally before so have no real experience. Our guide was very good and patient, we climbed a range of walls, increasing in difficulty until we’d had enough and the moved into free climbing for the rest of the session. We both enjoyed the exercise and doing the activity together as father and son. Cost £25 for two of us. Will be going again soon and might make a regular thing of it.

We went on Sunday. The instructor mike was a great laugh. Knew his audience, made us feel very welcome. Very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience for the children. It caters for all ages. First experience but definitely won’t be the last ! Will recommend this place to everyone

Our daughter and her friends (ages 6 to 8) had a fantastic time here. First went caving which they all really enjoyed with their head torches climbing through tunnels! They then had some food in a wonderfully themed party room followed by rock climbing which they all absolutely loved. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining for the kids and most importantly we felt the children were safe with them. Fantastic place and we will definitely be visiting again soon.

Went to Wolf Mountain today, got to the front door, no signs of life. No notices, website says it should be open. Has wolf Mountain closed ? No notification in the local newspapers. Shame if it's closed, another nail in Wolverhampton's coffin. Is everything closing ????

What a great venue! We went specifically to climb, but other activities were available that would entertain both children and adults.
Visited over the Easter weekend as unable to climb outdoors due to the weather. Has a great bouldering area as well as a section for bottom ropes and leading.
The routes available were suitably challenging but there was also a wide range of grades so any level of climber could find something to suit them to climb then challenge their skills. We were easily kept occupied with a variety of routes for 2-3 hours.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Climbing taster and induction sessions are available to get people started.
Surprised at how quiet the venue was as it is a great resource and definitely deserves more visitors!

Our 2 grandchildren aged 12 and 9 enjoyed a great climbing experience with an instructor who was very patient and encouraged them all the way. We were amazed at what both children achieved in an hour. We will definitely come back for more.
