We live beside the park and love to walk through every morning! It’s a delight. Early mornings it’s so quiet but for the birds and squirrels which are playfully excited by the morning .

Came with my Mam to see the Bobby Ball statue! Had a slight delay while waiting to buy a car park ticket as there was only 1 member of staff on the desk, who was dealing with a large theatre ticket order!
The gardens are lovely and well kept.
We loved the Bobby Ball statue - a great tribute to a 'leg-end'!
We called in the cafe for a snack and had probably the best cheese toastie we've ever had! Lots of lovely homemade cakes on offer. Very busy though so I think we were lucky to get a table!

Lovely gardens and very good cafe. Also, a children's play area, grassy space for children to run about.

Said hello to Bobby with my wife, son and grandson. I will remember today for the rest of my life! Perfect end to a perfect day.

With September sunshine in the air,we decided on a Fylde coast road trip,Lytham St Anns was on the lust.
Being from Oldham myself,there was only one place to be,Lowther Gardens,as i wanted to visit the Bobby Ball statue.
There it is right at the entrance,in his rock on tommy,braces out pose,how fitting to a great comedian for generations.
Had a couple of pictures with it,then we had a quick pick nick lunch before heading for St Anns.
Sure we'll visit again.

Lovely gardens with tea room but don’t forget your 20p for the toilet if using the outdoor ones indoor toilets available. Pleasant afternoon stroll

Strolling round Lowther Gardens is a lovely relaxing experience.
The flower beds are superbly tended and the central pond is a cooling feature.
The cafe (under new management) has improved significantly
Home made soups, sandwiches and cakes provide a hearty lunch

Lovely cafe in the park. Plenty of choice of food to pick from. We advise to get in before 12.00 as it gets very busy...popular place. After eating you can walk it off by taking a walk round the park. We enjoy coming here when we visit Lythem.

Can you tell me the tel no for the bowling club at Lowther Park not the Station.

As I live in Blackpool Lowther Gardens is one of our favourite places we go on a sunny day.
We love to watch the squirrels that run from the woods along the tree branches-then under the tables-near the cafe. No doubt looking for food.
Lowther Gardens is popular with locals as well as visitors-there are toilets inside the building on the car park-which is also the entrance to the theatre-box office-& the popular cafe.
Another entrance to the cafe is round the other side on the green where you will also find the ice cream window.
Across the main road is Lytham Green & the sea front.
There’s plenty of shops if you want to wander round them-carry on past Lowther Gardens which would be on your left-turn left down any of the side streets & you’ll come to the shops-it’s a lovely place-ideal for a browse round especially on a dry sunny day-or even just a dry day!

LOTS TO SEE and do gardens are lovely and peaceful ,a couiple of bowling greens in the gardens ,the theatre and close to shops and restaurants.The seafront is also close by and well worth a nice walk to get the full sea breezes.
Do they have a cafe where we can eat out cos were bringing doggy?
