One of the best venues to go to, enjoyed the pantomime at Cmas and January in the new year.

Fantastic nights and good to come often if live locally. I’ve been couple of other times to watch other shows as I’m literally 10 minutes down the road.

Well done Playhouse

Great intimate theatre. Easy access, lots of pre event seating & Bar.
Good bar, plenty of choice & helpful staff. Seating in theatre well designed,comfortable, all have an acceptable view of stage.
Special thanks to Staff, who were helpful,polite & thoughtful.
Special thanks to the manageress. Put Her all into customer care. Rolled Her sleeves up, done her best to make things run smoothly.
Plenty of adjacent parking.

Fantastic time at Robin Hood panto

Fantastic time at Robin Hood panto. The understudies were brilliant. The whole cast, the music, songs, jokes, and backdrops were great. Lovely theatre too. Friendly bar staff, no long queues. Preferred it to pricier pantos /theatres I've been to. Would recommend

Rude management

my Son brought a gift voucher for me and my husband to see a show at the playhouse Harlow for Christmas, decided to book online after using the voucher I had £3 left to pay so I used my visa for the remainder of the balance, but it took all the money off my visa instead of using the voucher. I called them straight away to be told by a male member of staff I need to E-Mail which I done I am still waiting for a reply, so I called again spoke to a lovey lady called Connie who spoke with the finance team and the manager, but unfortunately got told you cannot use the gift card/voucher online so why did it ask for my card number??? They will not allow me to have a refund on my card and repurchase the tickets with the voucher as they will incur cost apparently !! when I ask how much surprise surprise they could not tell me. So all I can say is happy Christmas to me and my husband and sorry son you have not paid for the present you thought you was getting us. I feel sorry for the staff when you have managers that think they are too good to speak to you RUDE
