Sooo expensive for what it is, really only takes an hour to go round, and is over £22 for an adult and baby, this price is similar to a zoo full day out. They really need to look into their pricing considering half the attraction wasn’t open either

I understand they are doing building work which limited the experience as some areas where closed. But felt this had not be reflected in the ticket price. It took us 35 minutes to get round and cost a family of 3 around 50 pounds. The glass in places like the Penguin exhibit was so dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned it years preventing my daughter from seeing the penguins. I was quite disappointed. If the tickets had been discounted then maybe I would have been more satisfied but I won't be back I can go to the zoo for the day for the same price.

My first visit, and enjoyed the tour .

Very disappointed, we had no knowledge prior to going that the shark tunnel was closed.
Also the whole experience we were in and out in 40 minutes. I have been to 3 other UK sealife centres and this one is the worst one out of the ones I had visited.
Children were disappointed in the penguin enclosure as this was their favourite animal to see, they were quite far away and we only saw 2.
We won’t be returning.

Regarding the penguins, they may have been in their nest box resting when you visited. As your ticket was valid all day, you were
welcome to return to the penguin enclosure later in the day to see if they were out. We understand how disappointing it can be when your favourite animals aren’t visible, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board as we continue to improve the experience.

Absolutely love the sea life centre, such a calming fun experience. I attended with my two SEND children and when I requested the SEND stickers for them to use and wear the staff were happy to and them over. It's a lovely place to visit, it's very SEND and sensory seeking friendly. The gift shop is great, and the photos you can have taken and printed and pay for are brilliant! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

My partner and I took our grand daughter to Sea Life Yarmouth. We paid for the additional VR experience (they swam with sharks which was well worth the cost). We were informed that the tunnel was closed for updating but there were plenty of staff to help with advice and directions and we were given a discount on our next visit.
Regarding staff, the young lady on reception was very friendly with great advice on how things were altered for now and what we can expect.
We decided to watch the talk given by Harry on the Archer Fish and the feeding of the Sharks and Rays. Harry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the fish and insects. The leaf cutter ants are very interesting and well displayed.
We bought a plush star fish for our guest and did wonder why they didn’t sell Sea Life sticks of Yarmouth Rock and fish and other undersea creatures made of rock. Missing a trick there.
All in all it was a great day.

Disappointing.
I was made,aware some of the sitte was closed but it was a large portion I believe - all of the walk through tunnel at least.
Signage could be better to explain more about the exhibits.
No discount for senior citizens.

For starters I have a annual pass however since last year the mail shark tank has been closed for refurbished. This is a rip off as bought pass on promise that exhibits would be accessible for a year ! Let alone people paying full

The exciting news is that the shark tank is currently being refurbished to bring an even more amazing experience to our visitors, including a brand-new ocean tank that will be well worth the wait! We know this isn’t the same as having the full experience right now, but we hope this new addition will make it all the more exciting when it’s completed.

We went here for my 1 year olds first birthday. It is a lovely place, very helpful staff and so many amazing things to look at. HOWEVER this centre was undergoing some building work which meant we missed out a section of it, including the tunnel which we were all looking forward to. It’s a bit annoying we paid full price and we couldn’t get the full experience, nor was there any info online about this and the staff didn’t inform us when we arrived that this section would be missed. We still had a good time, but I am annoyed at how much we paid and didn’t even get to see it all.

Hello Ron,
Thanks for your question, buying a ticket on the door as an individual visitor is currently £16.60, but if there are two or more in your group the family saver ticket deal works out to be £14.80. If you pre book online, you can save around 30% on the on-the-door admission price.
There are discount vouchers around and about, and all these are valid against the £16.60 price.
For up to date prices we always recommend checking online, or give us a call.

Thank you for your query. Firstly please do check your Sun 2 for 1 voucher as there are expiry dates on them and I'm not sure if there are any that are valid at the moment. Also, to my knowledge we do not accept Love to Shop vouchers (we do accept Leisure Vouchers which could be used in conjunction with a 2 for 1 voucher, BUT you wouldn't be able to use a promotional entry (for example a Tesco (Club Card) Sealife Entry voucher).
I hope this is not too confusing but if you have any further queries please call us here at the centre and we can clarify for you.

Thanks for your question. I know SeaLife recieve hundreds of thousands of visitors every year which come to view our anazing creatures and learn about our conservation ethos (Breed, Rescue & Protect). As for individual site visits, this can vary from week to week and indeed year to year. In all fairness I couldn't comment here at Great Yarmouth SL on Birmingham SL's numbers, but hope my response has helped you.
