We love going here for the Xmas pantomime. I was sitting on the bottom area this time and was able to stay in my mobility scooter for the whole show and see great without worrying about blocking others. All the staff were fantastic and really helpful. Great show also which is great. Also some great accessible toilets. We love it. Thanks for making it fully accessible.

I've been visiting the Galas coffee shop at least once per week for many years and have never had reason to complain but I'm not sure what has happened to the place. Recently it seems to be taking an awfully long time to get seen to, and even longer to receive the order. Until recently I have never waited more that 5 minutes to place my order and it now seems to take 15 to 20 minutes. The staff are always very apologetic and can't do enough for you but I can't see how the waiting times have changed so dramatically. What is going on at Gala?

This is a lovely light airy modern theatre with very helpful staff (no fuss about e-tickets not having arrived) and plenty of room to move about in interval etc. Central location easy to find and nearby car park fine.

The lady at the reception shouted at me only because I ask her to repeat herself. She asked if i am here to collect the ticket I said sorry? then she was like ARE YOU HERE TO COLLECT THE TICKET! and it was orchestra performance that day so the hall was full of people. I am embarrassed by her service to me (Asian student). I am sure the staff are definitely well-trained and equipped with incomparable service mind. But there are countless of time where we students got shouted at like this in the public and it is unacceptable and ugly. please dont do it. this is racism.

Wonderful pantomime visit as a volunteer with local primary school. We had front seats to enjoy the slick, atmospheric ans well acted performance of Sleeping Beauty with a modern twist . The children were entirely captivated and interacted with the action on stage, particularly with the fabulous 'dog' Sammy who created a special rapport with the youngsters which was a joy to behold!
As a very mature adult myself I could enter into the magic created on stage .
Congratulations to all the cast on a fantastic performance: the best yet in my opinion.

The seating upstairs in theatre is wonderful for children it’s really tiered so you can see wherever you sit (not front row as is a bar in way at just wrong height for some Children) however anywhere else you would be able to see over even the tallest of people. Fantastic.
It does amaze me however how many people were up and down during such a short performance, they must had spent most of it in the loo. Some people did leave such a mess as well of popcorn all over very inconsiderate. Loved the little leaflet given out for the Pinnochio ballet as this helped the children to understand what would be happening before it started.

What an amazing night. We had never been here before to see the pantomime but we will be going every year from now. I have just started using an electric scooter but I called for an accessible ticket where I could also sit with my wife and 2 children. We got the seats booked and when we got there they were amazing. We went up in the loft and then we were in some great seats to the side of the stage. I could park the scooter and transfer to a seat and there was plenty of room to do that.
Every single staff member we interacted with was so helpful and really made it an easy night. The pantomime was excellent and really funny and we had a great time. I can’t wait to go back no I know it is totally accessible.

Took my two small granddaughters to see the Nutcracker performance and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Totally appropriate for their age and they enjoyed the close interaction between the cast and themselves. Great little show.

Robin Hood pantomime was hilarious. Clean, tidy, theatre lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit, unlike the pictures seats are well spaced and comfortable.

Hi what is the best row to book to see The Signatures would you say? There are plenty of seats available so thought i would ask before booking, i am wondering if the front row is too close for a band?

Hi ... sorry didn’t answer before - just picked this up. For a band I would say maybe 4/5 rows back centre stage unless you want to get up close and personal then front row would be great as well. My impression is that all seats have great views - it’s a really nice space so any seats would suit ...

As far as I can see, there is nothing on at the theatre, at the moment. There may be something on at their cinema but the listings aren't up yet. Best advice is to keep checking on their website, for up to date events.
