Visiting the area. Took my son to introduce him to golf. Was met by one of the rudest, most sarcastic and thoroughly unpleasant greeting.

Good value quirky golf range, with a selection of strange targets. Good to have option of range shots from grass.

Most of the bays have Powertee automatic ball systems which is a nice touch. Better is the fact that the bays face north so one is not troubled by sun. We were there in February and my only ssmall caveat is that I hope they replenish with fresh balls for summer. Some in poor condition. On the other hand mats were good and there was an interesting selection of targets. We did not try the short game area There is a cafe with home baking run by welcoming helpful lady, and we were able to sit after practice in the sun with a cup of tea.

I go down to Devon twice a year on holiday and always visits the golf centre. It's a good facility with most of the bays having Powertee automatic ball systems. There is also a nice short game practice area with 4 greens. There is a nice cafe run by a very pleasant girl, and you can even have your food and drink brought out to the range.
The only thing that lets the place down is the quality of the golf balls. Some seem fairly new and decent quality, but there a lot that are very poor quality and look like they've come out of a child's golf set.
I feel bad criticising the place as I like it in every other aspect, but I think good quality balls that offer consistent performance are important for a driving range. If they sorted this out they'd have a really great facility.

excellent area, panoramic views, easy going owner and lovely course.

Neil Holman the resident pro is one of the best teachers in the South West as well as being a very fine player in his own right.
The range uses good quality balls and there are plenty of bays. He has a teaching studio, and a reasonably well stocked shop.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and it is a well above average driving range facility

It was good fun to spend time with friends near the beach. It was quite funny as to how some of us could really play golf. For a quick fun and break from the beach walk its a good place to visit. Very close to Vue

Visited here having been told there was a 9 hole pitch and putt. To be fair it isn't bad value - £5 for unlimited rounds, but the course wasn't really looked after, they were very short, and the holes on the green were double size which was odd. Overall I wouldn't return. I can't comment on the attached driving range.
