Great Experience been a few times and at least the toilets are always open and clean. Nice for a picnic and some snap or pop.

Lovely park to unwind but so scruffy now and neglected I hope that the monies that have been left in a legacy go to good use as its such a shame to see the park go down hill.

Visited here with my husband and young son, we all loved it, there is a large playground, a nice walk lots to see and do it’s well maintained and overall stunning will be visiting again

Great place for a walk, massive park well laid out, lake, fountains, children’s play area, cafe. Plenty to see, places to sit and a nice cafe

We have been to Southport many times and yet this beauty of a park passed us by. Heading to Lord Street from Blackpool it popped up on our maps so we gave it a visit... And so glad we did. Parked on the road that basically goes all the way around the park. Once inside we found a big and well maintained play area and a little crazy golf course. We headed towards the lake and had a lovely walk around it. The path weaved around the lake with lots of benches to sit and enjoy it's tranquil surroundings. Plenty of dog walkers and joggers passed us by. A nice freestanding fountain greeted us at one end and then further along we passed a big glasshouse which sadly wasn't open. This is a lovely park on the edge of Southport and well worth a visit

A great park that gets better on every visit but not quiet as good as it was in my youth. A great lake with many birds and some very big fish and a Turtle!
The palm house was closed when we visited but looked very good from the outside, I look forward to another visit when I will go inside.

Hesketh Park is a lovely park to have walk in. The lake is nice with fountains in the centre and the swans and ducks are lovely to watch. The park has a lovely observatory set on a hill, there are lovely trees. There is cafe where you can purchase refreshments.

An extensive historic public park featuring a lake, rose garden, a wide range of mature trees, and a network of paths. The park also features an astronomical observatory and a Victorian conservatory that are occasionally open to the public.
