I came to see Ben Elton show. I came here first time parking was easy. I had my bags checks. I had a very good seat and the show was over 2 hours. Buying any drinks is card only. The staff were very friendly.

I'd like to start by giving my support to the Beck theatre and those associated with having to spend so much of their free time, planning to fight Hillingdon council over the prospect of this wonderfull long stafing heart of the community theatre. Hillingdon Council u should be ashamed of yourselves.
Before u decide to withdrawn another community venue think first before money and profit.
Owners please take this fight to new labour, if still no joy offer Sir Kier steamer the royal box for free when he attends any shows....

Just got back from seeing Will Young at the Beck.It seems most of his middle aged fan club were there!! Just him and a pianist.Will turned up in a really weird set of clothes looking more like a trainee clown that a singer.The show was snips from his songs interjected with so called audience banter.It don't work well.The songs were great and pianist superb.But the whole experience would not have worked without the fan base to hold it up.a.The Beck itself is dated seats need renewing and decorating in all areas. The handicapped toilets a disgrace of damp ,grubby,paint work.chipped.Utterly dismal.All in all I wished did stayed at home😕

Please be assured that your comments regarding the show will be passed onto the promotor of the show. Our toilets are cleaned and checked on a daily basis and although are in need of an update have not been found to be damp, however we will look at being more vigilante with our checks Kind Regards Lynn Best

Theatre is fine but no aircon made watching the performance which was a full house extremely uncomfortable. It was 30 degrees outside during the day. It spoilt the evening and I wld think again about booking a show there during the summer

Due to the age of the building we do not have air conditioning, but we do everything we can to make our customers visits as comfortable as possible and the building is well aired before any performance, unfortunately during the summer months and very hot days this does affect the temperature of the building. Your comments have been noted and passed on and we do hope you will reconsider visiting us again in the future.

Me and my cousin went to the BECK THEATRE to see a play called BLACK WALL STREET. Before we saw the play, I knew a little about the American Black Wall Street in 1921. A place where Black people were proposing and doing well in all areas of life. This was not expected nor imagined by their white American counterparts which ends with the burning down of a whole town by the white extremists, the KKK.
The acting and singing of this play were brilliant and immensely enjoyable. My only criticism was that I did not know enough about the true life story of what happened before Black Wall Street was burnt down. Unfortunately, I was never taught this in School, College or University which is a tragedy but not an excuse. When I left the Beck Theatre, I wanted to know more not just out of interest but I think as we have done it once, we can do it again, for really. It's a brilliant show. I would advise everyone to go see it.

I arranged a special outing for my mum's 80th birthday with her friends to attend the Brightstars Geetmala show on Saturday, April 20th. Ahead of the event, I reached out to Lynn, the manager, to inquire about any additional touches they could provide. I was pleasantly surprised by her exceptional service. Lynn ensured everything was prepared, including a large personalized balloon, a birthday card, and pre-printed tickets. Additionally, she generously included a drinks token for the birthday girl to enjoy a complimentary beverage at the bar. Lynn went the extra mile by personally taking photos of our group throughout the event, and another staff member captured more memories at the end. Having frequented this venue numerous times, I can confidently say it never disappoints. The show was amazing and everyone enjoyed! Lynn and the staff exceeded our expectations with their attentive care, and I eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Very disappointed with the Bar situation on Tropicanna Nights, Saturday 9th March.
30 minute queue to be served at the Bar, Drinks are way over the odds expensive, won't be going back.

The bar is open throughout the event and the queue is not normally a cause for concern. Watched this years Pantomime Beauty and the beast with family it was fantastic! very professional and hilarious very entertaining for all ages. This is our local theatre and it has some great shows over the year. Very disappointed with the food offerings we used to enjoy a meal before a show that’s all stopped.
I personally feel this venue needs a revamp! So much potential it’s a lovely large site with lots of free parking which is a big plus in London. Up to date modern seating area is required to enjoy a drink and food. In the summer you can sit outside near the pond again this could be better. The drinks and snacks here are very expensive so I personally would enjoy a more glamorous atmosphere to make a night of it. When your spending £30 each you want to make an evening of it so when you turn up an hour before the show to relax and maybe meet friends for a drink you need a warm welcome not miserable staff saying the bars not open yet. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly however some clearly don’t want to be there and are very unfriendly.
Please can you apply for bigger/more signage on the main road!! Our friends missed the turning and I’ve had lots of people also saying the same.

What seats are best for extra leg room or no chair in front of you due to arthritis. The seats on the side front row ..they don’t have anything in front of it do they ?

I like the front side ones as easy to get out but you do have people walking past you all the time to get in but they may far enough back for it not to be a real problem. I take disabled people there a lot and put the ladies in the high numbers as nearest to the ladies toilets and if they are in the front side seats they don't disturb others getting out. Similarly the men's toilets are on the side of the lower numbers.
Any isle seat too allows you to stretch your legs out into the stairs. They now have hand rails making it easier for those with mobility problems to go higher up in the theatre.

Getting into the car park is no problem but getting out is as all areas funnel down to one small exit onto a narrow road, with traffic lights at the end of it, leading onto a main road, that only allows a few cars at a time. If you're patient though it's all clear in about 15 minutes. Sometimes best too either get out first or stay a bit longer in comfort and get out easily.
