What an experience! I got the 7000ft for my birthday, but upgraded to 15000ft the night before and upgraded again to get photos on the day. Worth every extra penny - if you're going to do it, do it properly! The guys were all really informative, reassuring and professional, cracking jokes to put people at ease but but maintaining a professional stance when needed. Everything went really smoothly - from arrival to departure. Mike was my instructor and he was brilliant. My only niggle was the end - we were sort of just left. I asked the girl slumped in her chair by the cafe about photos and she was less than helpful. I still don't know if I'm actually getting the photos I paid for as she was very vague, but I'm hoping they email them to me! I've emailed to ask. Other than that, I honestly can't fault the day, the whole experience was better than I could have ever imagined - the perfect way to celebrate my 30th and an incredible location to tick off one of my biggest bucket list wishes. Thanks again to the whole team - I had a blast!

The best, most incredible experience I will probably ever have. The skydive went perfectly. The team are very helpful and encouraging. 10/10 Want to do it again!

Wow, after waiting for weather to behave. Third time lucky, jumped 2/8/2024. It was amazing, loved it. The whole crew were so caring, helpful and had great humour which made the group feeling relaxed and confident….. well did me 😂. Chelsea was a poppet and looked after “the old gal” (me). Thank you Chelsea. I highly recommend Dunkerswell as amazing countryside views and great facilities within the Aerodrome. Aviator caffe there for an after jump gin 😉. My skydive was in aid of Motor Neuron disease. Raised over £2,200 and counting. Thank you skybuzz 🥳

We arrived at 10. Got a coffee and then the training brief. Very easy to understand and very well explained with little demos.
Then waited for my name to be called and given my yellow jumpsuit with matching glasses,husband decided I looked like a banana!!! .
My tandem diver then came introuced himself Neil. he did all the straps and then checked again. He really helped with putting my nerves at some sort of ease. he then came and met my husband and moreless stayed with me until time to board the plane.
The big nerves had now kicked in but Neil just kept talking and telling me different views out of the window.
then the time arrived to jump, he did everything to getting to the door and out.
WHAT A VIEW !!! FREEFALL FOR 1 MIN that was something else.
Then he opened the parachute and we called talk agin and still look at the stunning views of Chessil Beach in the distance to the Bristol Channel the other way.
We flew over the runway so hubby could see us and wave. Landing was easy, no bruised bum!!!
I would recommed these to anyone who wanted to do a skydive. I jumped from 15,000
feet and glad I upgraded from 7,000 .
Make sure you have photos.

Doing a skydive has been on my bucket list forever, my partner brought me this experience for my birthday and a jump for himself also.
The whole experience was great. Knowing it is weather dependent we decided to book for the end of July hoping for good weather and we got it. We arrived at 10am and by 11.30 had completed our jump.
Our instructors were friendly, funny and put us both at ease. We were able to have pictures together even though only I had paid for photos (it wasn't my partners first jump so he didn't feel he needed photos). The photos were delivered via email within an hour of leaving and I got 279 pictures, some of which are just incredible.
During the jump, I got to control the parachute and was told about some of the views that could be seen. I didn't stop smiling for the entire time I was there and I can't thank Chelsea and Chris (our instructors) enough for just being great.

I had my skydive last Sunday. It was third time lucky as the previous two were cancelled due to weather (not that I minded as I got three short breaks from my Essex home!)
What can I say! Wow! It was amazing from start to finish! Of course I was petrified but once I was in the air, I loved every minute (all my smiling photos tell a happy story!)
I can’t thank Elliott enough! What a genuinely lovely guy and an amazing instructor! I was truly blessed having him strapped to my back! I must also mention Zane who is a very talented photographer/film maker. The two guys were amazing and I will definitely return again!

A big thank you to the Skydive Buzz team! A great experience for our whole gang jumping in aid of the RNLI, from the briefing to the landing. They instructed us carefully and reassured us brilliantly, with good humour and complete professionalism. A particular hat tip to Jobey, who saw off my nerves by communicating exactly what I needed to hear and when. We loved it from start to finish. If you want to jump in the UK, Dunkeswell with Skydive Buzz is the place to do it.

Myself and my partner did the 15,000ft skydive and it was the most incredible experience.
The whole team clearly love what they do whilst being professional, safe and most importantly FUN! Shoutout to our instructors Joby & Lex and camera man Joe… you all made the experience 10/10! 🪂 ps. I can see why you do this for a living, I’ll have a buzz off this for a while now👌🏼

This was truly a bucket list opportunity, and myself and my boyfriend loved every minute. They take you through a safety briefing before hand and they keep you updated throughout your experience. I did a 15,000 tandem with Chris and my boyfriend had Dave, both great individuals and very experienced, put us both at ease and gave us and incredibly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

Hi there I'm considering buying a tandem skydive for my son's 30th. I see the basic 7,000 is £149 with the option to up grade on the day, can you tell me how much I would expect to pay?

Hi, as it’s my first time I would love for my jump to be recorded. Is there any options available where I can have a go pro recording my jump? Is there any costs for this service that I need to be aware, so I can be prepared in advance?

You are not allowed to take your own go pro but Skydive Buzz offer the option of having your jump recorded by one of their team. There is an addition cost for this which you’d have to check with them but it’s over £100 so outside of my budget. If you don’t have the video option you’ll find that the instructor you’re strapped to has a go pro on his wrist and will take photos throughout which you can buy when you get down. Off the top of my head it was about £80 for these photos. The team are really helpful though so if you want a more definitive answer just give them a call. You’ll love it!

Hi, I noticed some reviews mentioned they could choose pictures and order at £69 per set. When I called to book a camera person they said it was £140 for either pictures or video. £180 for both. Which I feel is really expensive. Was this different on the day? Are there any offers on if leave it until the day? I've paid deposits for cameraman.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
We are occasionally able to offer Handycam. This is very different to having a separate cameraman. Only very few of our instructors can do Handycam. It is a wrist mounted Gopro.
The photo or video package that you have is another person jumping out of the plane with you. He has both an SLR camera and a HD camcorder attached to his helmet, offering a far higher standard of footage. He flies solely around you.
If you were to leave it to the day, we may not be able to offer either type of filming.
Also, if the handycam images do not come out very well (which often happens) you get a refund, whereas the cameraman footage is guaranteed to be of the highest standard, or you would get to jump again!

I was wondering how people that are scared of heights found their experience here? In terms of if the instructors calmed your nerves? I want to do a charity skydive and tick this off my bucket list at the same time, and although I have a habit of just getting on with things I'm scared of, I will of course be very nervous in the plane so wanted to know if this was something they're happy with and good at managing!

I was nervous and we had to rearrange the jump 3 times!! However it was the most amazing experience I have ever had and I think it should be compulsory that everyone should do it! :)

Loved reading your review Andy, funny and completely spot on for the experience. We were there on the same day and it was awesome. Oh and yes the scales are definitely way off lol. Thank you for your question. Our self funded jumps start at £149 for the 7,000ft tandem skydive.
We also work with MS to offer Jump for Free. The standard jump price for charity jump is; a £50 non-refundable deposit then the remaining £200. This is for the full height 15,000ft skydive. MS ask you to raise an aditional £150 making your total; £50 deposit and £350 fundraising.
We do have spaces in June, did you have a date in mind?

Hi, my boyfriend has booked for me to take part in a tandem skydive not realising that I have a broken pelvis and metalwork in my right femur and pelvis. Should I prepare to tell him he is about to lose his money? My surgeon can't say if it is safe for me or not as my condition is not common
