Ikenna was a great host and always made sure we were comfortable in the lounge. Unlimited food and drinks too, with a smoking area which is a bonus. Would reccomend.

Great way to spend time before our flights, food was good…….but finding the pancake machine topped it for me. Piled our plates up 😁👍🏽

In this lounge now, possibly one of the worse lounges i've ever been in, I usually book No1 lounge but it was full at the time I booked.
Opened late, selection or "hot food" was barely warm even though it was 4am. Frozen fruit, still frozen.
Pastries stale, plates smelt like they'd not been cleaned.
Two white and one rose wine on offer, all absolutely horrid.
We enquired about Prosecco but we were told this was extra, £24 a bottle!
No beer or anything like that.
Absolutely a waste of time and money.
Would not want to be in this lounge for free!

Please don’t ever go here. A man threw up everywhere, over myself and the floor. Staff did nothing to clean it up and when they saw it, used an old kitchen mop. I was so mortified I left and got changed. When I complained they basically fobbed me off. Disgusting, waste of money.

Worst airport lounge I have ever been to. Food was overcooked and dry and cold. Lack of choice. Depressing place, dark and dingy. After trying for breakfast I had to buy a sandwich elsewhere. Alcoholic drinks were all cheap unheard of brands. Disgusting service for the money they charge. Enter this place at your own peril.

1st time using my lounge and will definitely use again. Plenty of food, drinks and comfortable seats. Games for the kids too. Terrace and smoking area outside, the fresh air was welcome.

I was travelling with my two younger kids, it would have been nice to have seen a couple more breakfast cereals for them like weetabox.
The breakfast selection otherwise was good and the staff very attentive.
Great atmosphere to chill out in, the games area would maybe be improved with a couple of arcade games, the table football was popular with my kids.
Good to see so many sockets and usb points to charge your phones etc
£25 per person is what got charged, it would have been nice to have seen a discount for the kids, plus our daughter had the sunflower lanyard, would have been nice to see this as counting towards a discount, this was one reason I used the lounge to keep my daughter in one place and been able to have eyes on her all the time

I'm here now and to be honest I'm shocked at the reviews I've read. It's chaos, noisey and filthy. Tables are not being cleared and there is abandoned food left all over the self service counter. Knives and forks are empty other than a few dirty ones.
Avoid of you are looking for a pleasant area to chill out waiting for your flight.

We have booked to come to the lounge tomorrow. However are flight is at 6.50am and looking at some websites it says the lounge is only open from 6am from the 1st of April? So I'm not sure why Gatwick has allowed us to book. Is this correct? If so how do I get a refund as we have paid 68 pounds to come in.

hi, im flying with easyjet so flying out of north terminal but want to book this lounge as i believe there is a smoking area? is is easy to travel from south to north and can someone clarify the MY LOUNGE allows smoking on the terrace and is the only lounge with this facility?

Hi, the lounge is after security in the south terminal so if your flight is from the north terminal you won't be able to use this lounge. It is only for use bassengers flying out of the south terminal

Hello, the lounge is located airside, distance to the gate depends on which stand your flight is placed on. We would anticipate at normal walking pace the furthest gate is no more than 15-20 minute walk from the lounge.

There is no dress code as long as you don’t wear anything offensive or too vulgar. Menu options are usually posted on their website and availability depends on time. They have items like Porridge, Boston beans, chilli, hummus, coleslaw, seasoned roasted potatoes, fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, nacho chips, wine, beer, tonics, juice, water, coffee machine that makes different kind of coffee drinks
