We love Housetrap! Have played many of the escape rooms over the years and they are by far the best ones we've been to. This year we played the Camelot room which was one of my personal favourites. Amazing 90 minute experience with super fun, unique and well-themed puzzles. It was great for team work but also lots to split up and get on with as well. Amazing fun and we were very pleased we managed to complete it! Challenging and satisfying and everything you want from an escape room.

We visited as a family of 7, grandparents, parents and grandchildren. We did Camelot and even though we didn’t get out we had a fantastic 90 minutes

We went and did the Tribe escape room and absolutely loved it. The room was jungle themed and very well decorated and whole experience felt very like the Crystal Maze. There were plenty of well thought out puzzles to solve and everything you needed was in the room. Even better there was a bonus game that you had a chance to solve if you finished the game before the 60 minutes were up so excellent value for money even if you did manage to escape early. The games master was friendly and attentive ensuring a seamless and very enjoyable experience. This game is definitely in the top 10 of the nearly 60 games we have done and is great entertainment for all the family. Highly recommended.

Back to Housetrap today.
Played the Camelot escape room. Fantastic as per usual. This is our must do activity when we come down Cornwall for Summer hols. Never disappoints. Man’s a genius. Clever puzzles and well constructed rooms.

This was out first go at an escape room and we were not sure what to expect. We found it intriguing and fascinating and had a totally enjoyable time. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We've been lucky enough to do all the current rooms & a previous one (RIP Tumbleweed) & they are just a joy. The sets are really fun to be in & the puzzles are very satisfying, managing to challenge & entertain our family of teen boys, adult son & partner & us oldies.
Having done a few rooms now, my favourite thing about our Cornish ones is you're not babied in any way, it's a skill to know when a group needs a nudge & when they don't. Housetrap have that perfectly balanced (as do the ladies at Dreadlock), if you escape it's cos you earned it not because it was handed to you. And if you don't escape? You had a really good hour of puzzles & fiddling with things, so it's a win eitherway.

We have a lot of experience at escape rooms and this is one of the best we’ve done. Not so hard that it’s impossible to complete, but really not easy.
A good balance of practical and mental skills needed. We had to have a couple of clues to get out just before the time ran out.

3 of us did the tribe escape room and the theme and room layout was great without spoiling too much everything flowed nicely and the games master is very friendly and a great games master we would recommend this place for sure!!
