Small'ish bar in central Weston which serves local craft ales rather than the mass produced stuff. The beers that we had were good though the black decor - based on Edgar Allen Poe's novel - wasn't too welcoming.

Popped in for a cheeky couple on Father’s Day with wife, kids and dog. Beer choice was excellent, staff friendly, knowledgeable and offered a couple of tasters. Always great beer and friendly folk. Favourite place to have a pint!

A lovely, quirky real ale bar near to the town centre.
Really friendly with a good choice of ales, lager and cider.
It wasn’t open the first time we went so worth checking opening times before you visit.

A hidden gem! We were recommended here by our B&B hosts & it more than exceeded our expectations. A wonderful atmosphere, and a great selection of ales & ciders to suit everyone. If you're in Weston I would highly recommend you try it out

Amazing. Old school bonhomie with a touch of Edgar Alan Poe. Excellent recommendation on the appropriate bibation. What's not to like? Haven't been in a pub like this for decades. Owner-run, none of your plastic-pub malarkey. Greeted like a friend from the moment you walk in till the minute you go (reluctantly after last orders and drinking up time!)

The best choice of beer and cider in Weston Super Mare, I always stop by when ever I'm in town. Dog friendly which is also a bonus

We called in here this afternoon after passing it many many times. I actually (accidentally) saw it on TripAdviser and knew we had to try it as the reviews are (quite rightly), fantastic.
As residents of the town we were so happy to find somewhere with great service, a fantastic choice of ales and ciders and a lovely atmosphere. Our only regret is that we didn’t find it before.
Excellent choice of ciders, which is rare and so chilled, with great music. The guy there was so nice and we found the whole experience spot on.
Thank you so much. We’ll see you again soon.

Great pub. Fantastic selection of beers, ciders and wines. The beers I sampled were some of the best I've ever had. Owners very friendly and knowledgeable and certainly know their stuff
