We recently visited the White Peak Alpaca farm. We initially met Jake who introduced us to the beautiful Alpacas and Boris the Turkey who is such a character. We then took our own Alpaca for a leisurely walk through the farm and down the track past all the other animals in the fields at the park. We absolutely loved the experience being close to the Alpacas and seeing all the wonderful animals. Throughout the walk Jake was explaining all the animals, it was fascinating hearing about facts and the history. The animals are clearly so well cared for. After returning to the farm, we shown what happened to the wool, we had a demonstration of weaving and in the shop we could see all the products made using the wool. It was a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend it

Absolutely loved our visit, the meet and greet, the walk and getting to go around the farm after and spend more time with the alpacas.

Decided to try White Peak Alpaca Farm for a first date and it was like finding a hidden gem in the countryside.
The staff, Joanne and Jake were both incredibly welcoming, providing us with fascinating alpaca facts and a hands-on experience that made the day unforgettable.
Joanne in particular is a character that once met, you’ll never forget. Her dry wit and humour, along with her obvious passion for her job just came through time and time again.
If you're looking to impress your date with a unique and delightful adventure, White Peak Alpaca Farm is the place to be…we loved every moment of it !

The Alpacas were friendly and calm, it's a lovely place to walk with the animals and meet some of their friends. Following a meet & greet with the Alpacas we took a couple of them for a walk which was a very relaxing activity in beautiful surroundings. The walk is flat and easy.
Joanne shared her knowledge and some amusing stories about the alpacas.
No hard sell but a great shop selling alpaca products.
We'll be back for another walk soon.

Joanne is the kindest soul! I did the walking experience and had the best time. My daphne (duck) lost her sister as she was killed by a fox and Joanne has kindly took in my daphne too go and live there. I will forever be grateful.

Absolutely recommend this experience. The alpacas were so interesting, lovely to cuddle and to walk with. Joanne gave us lots of interesting information and our grandchildren aged 7+ 11 were able to lead their own alpaca. All questions were answered with enthusiasm. Will definitely be going again.

We took our grandchildren as an Easter treat (age 12 years and 9 years) they loved it! Great experience walking with the alpacas. Jake was an excellent guide, our visit was fun and informative. There are other animals to see and learn about as well. All the animals are well cared for and looked very comfortable. I would highly recommend a visit.

Our trip to White Peak Alpaca Farm was wonderful! The owners were incredibly welcoming and shared their extensive knowledge about alpacas. We booked in to walk the alpacas - We had Raisin and Germanicus which was definitely the highlight! All the animals were beautiful and very well cared for. Overall I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique day out surrounded by nature.

Lovely birthday experience for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We had ample time to spend with and walk the animals. Jake and Joanne were so welcoming and friendly. The animals are clearly very well looked after. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it!

What a surprise birthday gift had the best morning walking these gorgeous alpacas , lovely to chat with staff who were super friendly and knowledgeable and the love for the animals is clear to see , the must relaxing day loved seeing all the animals great hidden gem highly recommend
