Place that entices you to go not only for Shopping but just to walk through these shops located in beautiful architectural structures. All very nice, clean, kindness from the staff, in short if it were not for the 400 km away I would often come. Congratulations to the property, the designers, everyone!

Until about a year and a half ago, I was very pleased to go to this shop to accompany my uncles, now of adulthood, to shop for clothing. We always found a great welcome and impeccable service thanks to two extremely competent and kind ladies, who knew exactly how to assist us in choosing garments suitable for the needs of my uncles.
Unfortunately, for some time now, we have noticed a change in personnel. Now, most of the sales people are very young guys, which has kind of changed the vibe and approach of the store. Fortunately, she remained a lady, the same one who has always followed us, who continues to be very kind and helpful. However, for a type of clothing more suitable for adults, we prefer to be followed by more experienced staff.
I hope the store can reconsider the composition of its team, as the presence of more Expert staff was one of the strengths that always kept us coming back.

Shops are stocked and well ordered, large spaces and clean. We were disappointed when we decided to take a refreshment break in the Lindt store
I understand and confirm the quality but the service, given the price list, in my experience lacks: a little water served with coffee would not be bad at all, to enjoy their ice cream unquestionably excellent quality, we could not enjoy it sitting despite being their outdoor space because the tables dirty and under the sun, the umbrellas were closed (3.30 pm in August)

I went to the Primigi store in Valmontone Outlet, messy shop and the shop assistants chatted all three quietly about what to eat for dinner, for goodness sake there can be... I called them because I needed help so that I was quick, they looked at me and pretended nothing happened, they just had to see if I had taken the right number or if I had to take the biggest number... after calling them back a shop assistant answered me I disconnected from 20 minutes it's as if I wasn't there, the other just looked at me and then to the very young brunette shop assistant I told him to come because my daughter was crying and answered madam I do not have to calm her daughter.
I bought three pairs of shoes because I needed them but shop assistants seem to come to work as a hobby, but above all they do not help you.

Levi's shop well stocked.....very kind and welcoming staff.A special thanks to the saleswoman Cristina who had so much patience and was able to best advise my teenage daughters.We will return.

I did the first full tour of this outlet in January 2019, walking a lot after six months of motor rehabilitation following a double femur break the previous year.
I left the "Don Gnocchi" the previous November 10 with a Sinhalese caretaker not at all accompanied and at the Christmas dinner at my brother's house I had shown up empty-handed. I also hadn't given my mother a gift, for her name day, 95th birthday and, indeed, Christmas. At that point I decided to wait for the traditional sales after the Epiphany to celebrate my carer, buy flat shoes to walk easily after the fall, spending in total about three hundred €. Another 350 I spent to buy my mother, from "Luisa Spagnoli", a formal dress she needed.
I also remember that before our tour we had refreshed ourselves with excellent pizza by the cut and that at the end of our tour we had stopped at a chocolate shop.
This summer I often returned with friends and family to the outlet, but not from Rome as in 2019, but from Artena, where I currently reside. Meanwhile I became a fanatic of "Alice Pizza" and so I went back there to enjoy it, generally without entering the outlet, although the summer sales had just begun.
But in August I entered the outlet twice, which in the meantime has grown and rejuvenated thanks to its clean and pointy appearance and accurate green areas with benches. Tulle the big brands are represented in as many buildings, and so you can buy anything, but without ever being taken by the obsessive compulsion to spend.

The outlet is great for all stores, but I found a lack of services because having gone there with my family of three children and being a hot and sultry summer, I was surprised and disappointed to see that there are NO drinking water fountains to fill bottles and bottles, I find it absurd! Too bad because it is a basic service for everyone!

I bought a product , arrived at the checkout the saleswoman insistently suggested that I take a second with a red sticker to get a further discount.
I asked a saleswoman for help but I had the feeling that she had no desire to help me. I kindly thanked her telling her to let it go.
Arriving at the checkout, the cashier asked me about the second product, I reported what happened.
It comes behind, I think it was the person in charge, who in a not at all kind tone asked me what I was saying, to my Response called me rude, that I do not respect the work of others and invited me out....
Speechless..... never again in that shop...
In all other stores: Trussardi, Nike, Marina Militare, Golden Point, Levis and Coccinelle found kindness and courtesy.
There the customer is welcome.

I’m in Rome , but didn’t find any of the local transportation (bus) that goes there from termini station , how can I go there it seems to be a great place to visit
