Sri Ramakrishna Advaita Ashram at Kalady is modelled on the Belur Mutt and its prayer hall is used for discourses on sankara and sriramakrishna Paramahamsa.A very tranquil place. Must visit if you are passing through Kalady. Just 15 mts drive from Cochin Airport.

The Sri Ramakrishna Advaita Ashram built in 1936 to commemmorate Sri Ramakrishna is at Kalady colse to the Sringeri Math and Keerthisthambam. The Ashramam has a prayer hall which organizes preaching classes of Adi Sankara and Sri Ramakrishna. The walls of the Ashram has several paintings, pictures and images of various visionaries. A lot of people visit this place irrespective of religion and caste and during Sabarimala pilgrim season the visitors will increase. We visited this place few months back while we were in Kalady and the tranquil atmosphere in the ashram is to be mentioned.

Sree Ramakrishna advita ashram located near kalady city. Its located banks of river Periyar. Good and calm place and there is temple of sri Ramakrishna param hamsa.

Loved the ambience and meditative nature of the place. There is an idol of Sri Ramakrishna and a large prayer hall for the visitors. There are hostels for the tribal children and a big school for them to study.

Swami Agamananda founded this Ashram. It is one of the different branch centre of Ramakrishna Math of Belur Math whose centre is at kolkata which is the 5th largest Hindu temple of the world.
It is very near to the birth place of Shri Adi Shankaracharya The Ashram also had a large prayer hall and a shrine modeled on the Sri Ramakrishna temple at Belur Math.. It also runs a charitable school, dispensary and a library.
