Eisenhower Rec is open 7am to 10pm. Everything is always on display, it is part of the decor of the Recreation Center. The classes and clubs that meet in the center are open to Villagers and their guests only, but the center itself is open to the public. The tricky part is if a group is using a room you won't be able to see what's in that room. You can look at the calendar of events the day you are coming and see what will be at the Eisenhower beware that sometimes it is not completely up to date. The PDF of the weekly activities is usually more up to date, you can look at Eisenhower indoor activities and try to avoid a time where many rooms are occupied. Assume most classes reserve the room a half hour before and the class is 1-2 hours after. Don't drive yourself crazy though, because sometimes a room gets reserved without much warning. If you'll be staying in The Villages you can always go back and see what you missed after lunch or the next day, etc. I tried to link you the PDF and the website for the calendar of events, but TripAdvisor won't let me. A guest pass is required to use any of the amenities of the Villages. If you have a friend who lives there, they can get one for you.

I believe you can have a speaker... The room holds 100 - 200 people depending on seating arrangements. You will want to contact the Villages Life Long Center for more information.

Not sure about pools but the gym is MVP and you can purchases one day, week or monthly passes. Most of the pools are available to residences only I believe or a resident can get you a pass.

There is no charge to enter and look at the display.
