Shocked and desperate

It's sad that such a wonderful store, and what has been a great meat counter turns to bitter and frustrating experience in one day. Today I encountered a different butcher working in the back. I had 2 separate encounters with him. In both encounters he felt the need to be arguementive and condescending. In both cases I walked away with nothing. (hint I am no stranger to the butcher shop) everything I asked was easily in range of any average butcher station. This gentleman said he was unable to do anything as if I was an idiot and he had zero time for me.

The first time I left it to there were a few people in line only 1 making a request of his services for an order. However the second time there was hardly anyone in the store, at this time it's not pressure its him

I needed my product and had ordered it last week but this week it appears to be "tough luck" as I'm told. I have to now source what I need within 24 hours plus probably have to drive 2 hours one way to get it.

How this guy is still employed there i have no clue. However it does reflect poorly on management

Not sure if I'll do much with them going forward when he is there

Great store

Love going into Fresh Market - reminds me of Dorothy Lane Market in Dayton, Ohio (only on a "SMALL" scale. Produce and meats are good there.

Wed morning when I went in around 9 AM, two employees had their masks below their lips. One of them was preparing the sushi and other was stocking shelves.
With up tick is Covid 19 cases in this area it would appear to be a little risky behavior
We all have choices and I will choose to shop elsewhere.

Face Masks

My wife and I were just refused entrance because we didn’t have face masks. My wife has dementia. I don’t know where I can get a face mask. Amazon takes 6-8 weeks...maybe. I’ll never go back to this store...ever. They can keep all their la-t-da overpriced food.

Fresh is right! .

Always the best top quality fresh meat & seafood. I always shop at their meat market. The butchers are always able to cut any selection of meat I ask for. Personal butchers available every day. It is a great place to shop.

Great Ground Chuck and Chicken Breast

Love their meat especially, very little fat on the ground chuck. Antibiotics and hormone free chicken breasts are delicious

Love the meats and seafood

The Tuesday specials of gr beef and chicken are good buys. Seafood is good quality, although a bit pricey. Desserts and breads are fresh and very good. I shop here two or three times a month to supplement my weekly groceries.

Fresh meats, fish, fruits, and vegetables

I haven't been disappointed yet. The meats, fish and fruits/vegetables have always been fresh. However, you are paying for the quality of the food. They have an amazing bakery, and aisles of specialities that I can't find anywhere else.
I love going there.

buying food for the thanksgiving visit with my parents

I was there and it is a beautiful place.. Very nice , One person in particular that provided my family with the best customer service was Mr. Camacho from the meat dept. He has the best customer service and has the best advise for diffrent kinds of meats very knowledgable we buy almost eveything he suggested. Very humble good guy. we need more people like him around especially for the holidays.
