Facial was perfect, had several gift cards, asked office staff if I could consolidate, answer was yes, they took &120.00 away from me saying I used in January and last week, haven't been since Nov.2023, as they finally noticed, then tried to say I gave away cards, but I didn't, especially when I had them in my hand. Much more to say but won't right now, Very poor office staff, and cheaters, when I finally was given my consolidated one and only gift card, I was told, DON'T GIVE THIS

It's a higher end spa. I had a haircut, manicure and leg wax. Not worth what you pay.

If you are wanting an A+ facial, ask for Sheila. Not only is she personally warm and inviting, but she is highly professional. I have been going to her for 2 years while I am in The Villages, and I look forward to it as a treat. Highly recommend!!

I got a great haircut at the Tuscany Day Spa and Salon today. This was my first visit and I am so pleased. Jamie gave me exactly what I asked for and explained how I can improve some issues with my hair; color, texture. I've already made my next appointment with Jamie.

I was met at the door by Doris, a beautiful woman who greeted me and took complete care of checking me in and getting me to my first appointment. I had my brows waxed and dyed by Pouran Rissmaney who was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She did an amazing job and also told me she does threading - showed me how it works. Then on to a pedicure which was fantastic. I left feeling like a new woman - loved every minute of it - this place is my new favorite find!

If you like having to wait for 15 minutes to be told that it would be another 15 minutes more for your scheduled appointment then this is the place for you! I left when the stylist told me she was double booked and it would be 15 minutes more after I had already waited for her 15 minutes. Nobody is that good! I did not appreciate her disrespect and disregard for my time. I showed up within TWO minutes of my scheduled appointment time, too. This is an Aveda salon, and very expensive, but I have used Aveda salons regularly before moving to this area, but have NEVER had this poor service.

I had a deep tissue massage and a pedicure here and both were excellent. Don was my massage therapist for the massage and Alma was my nail technician. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Doris greeted me downstairs as I arrived and was very welcoming and kind as she guided me upstairs to the locker room. Don has a great sense of how much pressure to use on a deep tissue massage and how to balance the relaxation aspect with the therapeutic aspect. Alma was very attentive and detailed oriented and my toenails look beautiful. Having gone to a lot of spas throughout the US, I thought the prices were pretty reasonable for the quality of services.
I was going to go to the spa with my cousin, but she was ill at the last minute and couldn't attend. I appreciate that the spa didn't make me pay a cancellation fee for her. That was kind. Thank you, Tuscany!

First and last time going here for a AVEDA Stress-Fix Massage - 60 Min $110.. I had such high hopes for my massage. Upon arriving 15 minutes early there was no one at the front desk. I walked into the salon part to find the "girls" chatting and laughing. (very loudly). I checked in. I was then sent upstairs to a tiny waiting room. Right nextdoor was the Pedicure room. (looked more like a "hang out" room. Loud people. Not relaxing so far. A gentleman came and got me for my massage. During my massage all I heard was people laughing and shouting in the Pedicure room. Annoying! When the hour was up I was told I could use the sauna if needed. I tried it out and found it to be cold and dirty. Again loud voices coming from another room.
Overpriced for what I had done. Zero communication between me and the masseuse. I felt like all they wanted was my money and didn't take the time to find out what specific issues I needed work on. I especially didn't like having to change into their roble in the middle of an open room. (everyone/anyone can see you). For the cost I was expecting a higher end ,classy boutique spa. This is not that!
I would NOT recommend Tuscany. It maybe convenient in the Villages but not realistic. NO thanks

Initially I was happy that I could get a 80 minute massage later in the same day. Price quoted was $85. Masseuse was 5 minutes late greeting me & only after another came to the waiting area for her client and went to get mine, my masseuse took no information about me, but did ask what areas if any I wanted to foces on, but then spent little time on that area. I was off the table in an hour - I checked my phone. I had tried to pay prior to service, but they took payment after. I was given a bill for $110! They claimed I had received a deep massage which they also claimed I asked for, which I did not, nor did I receive. My protests were met with blank stares even when I described the woman who had helped me make the appointment (not one who regularly worked that counter apparently): they showed me the pamphlet explaining she must have read the wrong price off because there are 4 prices right next to each other for regular and deep massage and 60 or 80 minutes. Despite their acknowledging that their employee probably said the wrong price, they would not budge - only asked if I wanted to leave a tip! Here is the tip: do not use this establishment.

I tried to make appointments online, to which I never received a call or email back. I called and explained what I was looking for. The receptionist told me she would have to check and call me back. Never a phone call back. I called and they said they had it scheduled for a specific time, which was not convenient for me. They said they would see if they could move it and call me back. Again, no return call. I called again the next day and they had no record of me what so ever. Thankfully Ashley took the time to research and get me two out of the three appointments o was looking for. I had Moise as my massus and he was FABULOUS! I would highly recommend him. Then Sigfred did my waxing and she was great. I would recommend the services, but make sure you get a confirmation of your appointment.
