Pretty magical place. Located in the sleepy town of Minervino di Lecce, the Palazzo Ducale Venturi is a gem, refined yet comfortable, professional yet welcoming.
Relaxing by the pool, I felt like I was at a luxury hotel, and as I walked around town, felt like I was in a Fellini film, each complimenting one another, a testament to both the Palazzo as well as the hamlet.
This was my first trip to Italy since 1997, and while parts of this visit were a step back in time, what will remain in my memory will last well into the future...

Un 5* lujo super merecido.Excelente ubicacion y chef de primera.Voleremos el ano questa viene.Recomienda los cursos de chef en el hotel

Très moyen, publicité mensongère sur le restaurant dit étoile alors que pas du tout!. Petit déjeuner médiocre!, les fruits passés, on nous a servi des restes d amuses bouches sales du dîner du soir. La salade cuite, pas la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. Le prix du dîner gastronomique une arnaque!, hors de prix, la qualité moyenne.
On va finir quand même sur une bonne note: le cadre très beau, l hôtel bien rénové, les chambres très belles ainsi que les salles de bains. Cependant l isolation phonique n est pas optimale.
L’accueil du personnel très bien, au petit soins.
Pour Redule: il faudrait un chef à la hauteur de cet établissement…
On va finir quand même sur une bonne note: le cadre très beau, l hôtel bien rénové, les chambres très belles ainsi que les salles de bains. Cependant l isolation phonique n est pas optimale.

A magic place - beautiful large room easily sleeping our family of 3. Attention to detail and helpful staff absolutely perfect. Swam in the wonderful large garden pool and enjoyed the underground spa. Breakfast is probably the best we have ever eaten! This is a very special place

Cet hôtel, très bien rénové pour les communs, mais vraiment pas à la hauteur au niveau des chambres, présente :
-un service dévoué, très aimable et aux petits soins pour ses clients , ainsi qu’une très belle piscine
- un parking privé gardé fermé gratuit...mais
- notre chambre était mal meublée avec des vieilleries laides et peu fonctionnelles, et la salle de bains était comme la douche,
pauvre dans son aménagement.
On a été déçu, mais le temps nous a aidés à apprécier le positif.

mi sono fermato per lavoro due giorni. Personale altamente qualificato con vera padronanza delle lingue straniere. Servizio da vero hotel 5 * lusso. Ho apprezzato la loro Spa e soprattutto la Crioterapia. Ci tornero' sicuramente ma per vacanza e godermi il posto.Edoardo

Not knowing what to expect as you step through the small front door of this gem of a hotel in Puglia... A beautiful hotel with extremely impressive and thoughtful service! The women at the front desk are kind and generous, willin to provide anything your heart desires! I was very sad to leave! That is a great feeling... Knowing you definitely want to go back!!

Ho festeggiato i 50 anni di mio marito a Palazzo Ducale Venturi. E’ stata un’esperienza unica,siamo stati coccolati dall’inizio alla fine dei nostri 3 giorni. L’hotel dispone di una riserva speciale di whisky provenienti da tutto il mondo compreso quello giapponese che e’ rarissimo e ben difficilmente si trova negli hotel ed e’ stato il regalo più’ bello per mio marito che pur essendo un grande intenditore e’ rimasto impressionato dalle scelte e dalla preparazione dello staff in materia di whisky. Inoltre non mi era mai capitato di avere determinate colazioni che ti fanno sentire speciale e super coccolato. Complimenti vi terremo sempre nel nostro cuore. Giovanna
