We took the 17 km walk on a Sunday in August. There were a lot of people and it makes tourist factory. It's not easy to park on site because it's on the street but the spaces are busy.
However, the main concern is safety: we were taken to the Check-out by bus and some people were standing in the bus aisle, so there was no safety for those 20-25 minutes drive. In addition, the driver took a call, phone in hand. 3 times he railed against the car that was in front because it was not going fast enough according to him. Someone at the back of the bus even told the driver that he was responsible for 25 people and was travelling way too fast. In short, a totally crazy ride!
Arriving on site, the explanations were very succinct. We have already canoeed several times and have never had so little explanation on the route, how to canoe... etc.
We got the Impression they were here to make money and that's all.
Regarding the course itself, it was a bit sporty in places because there was little water. There are several places where we didn't know where to go... In short we have seen better.

An average review for this experience.
We often kayak in the places we visit. This is the first time where we have no information, no instructions, no plans to guide us during the journey. Especially since the flow is low. Some information would have been useful to know how to approach the rapids.
No helmets offered either. It would have been useful to me though. Too bad for this security aspect that it is not there in my opinion.
Otherwise, a very beautiful moment of pleasure that nature gave us.

Un très bon moment passé en famille une équipe très agréable de bon canoë et un petit bar à l arrivée avec des serveurs et serveuses très sympathique

Pour cause de maladie, nous annulons le canoë. Appelé vers hier, ce n'était pas un problème et je devais être rappelé. Dans un délai de 3 semaines plus tard, aucune réponse aux messages et e-mail. Dans comme je suppose; rendre de l'argent. Très dommage que ce soit malhonnête seulement après l'argent.

Super accueil (merci pour le café offert !) super prestation de descente de la Sioule entre Menat et Ebreuil avec toutes les explications qui vont bien dans le bus (Touristiques et techniques pour les rapides), et super accueil à l'arrivée pour rangement du matériel.
La Bougnat en pression pour récupérer de l'effort a été servie avec des verres bien remplis, le sourire, et un cadeau du patron : immense plaisir.
Certes un peu plus cher que chez d'autres mais qualité de service et sourires sont largement appréciés. je recommande vivement

Very pleasant welcome, very friendly. Some good advice before we left and good maintained equipment. Also nice piece of nature along the way and a bit adventurous between Menat and Saint-Gal, just as promised! Happy we did it!
