My private tours somewhat customized to my needs by Lifetime Tours were excellent, well-organized by Ahmed (with whom I was in touch) and these tours showed me some of the most beautiful spots of Oman!. Coupled with this, the cultural experiences are the high point of this country full of warm lovely people. Ahmed who guided me for Wahiba Desert and Wadi Bani Khalid was well conversant and explained me a lot of interesting things on Oman culture. This set the tone for the next days where Saif was my guide. Saif being an Omani himself took me into a deep dive into many aspects of Omani culture while showing some of the most beautiful monuments and Souq in Nizwa. I also had memorable and fun experiences with Saif in hiking in Jebel Shams and over the 3 days getting to know Omani/Yemeni food. Being an Indian myself, I connected with Omani culture so well. Overall, Saif was a star guide and I absolutely enjoyed my time with him. we are friends! Must do in Muscat and Mutrah are the Grand Mosque and Bei Al Zubair museum.
Thanks to Lifetime tours for making my first visit to Oman memorable!

Our day trip to the stunning Wahiba Sands desert and the enchanting Wadi Bani Khalid with Lifetime Tours Oman was simply unforgettable! From start to finish, I was impressed by the team's professionalism and dedication.
The organization and planning were flawless. Pre-trip communication was clear and precise, which helped us prepare for the adventure. Then, when we arrived on site, we were warmly welcomed by our tour guide, who not only knew about the region and its history, but was also an outstanding host. His deep knowledge and passion for the environment made the trip an educational and enriching experience.
The Wahiba Sands desert offered a landscape that thrilled our senses - endless sand dunes in different shades shimmering in the sunlight. Our tour allowed us to immerse ourselves in the culture of the Bedouins by experiencing their way of life and traditions first hand.
And Wadi Bani Khalid was like a hidden paradise! The clear water and the surrounding nature were a true oasis. We had plenty of time to swim, relax and take in the beauty of this place.
The entire experience was perfectly orchestrated by Lifetime Tours Oman. Their attention to details, pursuit of excellence and ability to create an unforgettable adventure deserve the highest recognition. Snorkeling and dolphin tour booked, paid for and not picked up. Contact was also not available the whole time.
Luckily for us, Sidab Sea Tours, as the actual operator, made the tour possible for us after we had to organize the taxi ride from the cruise terminal to the marina ourselves.

We went out into the wadi with a guide from Muscat to swim. We went into the gorge and swam to the waterfall.

We spent a day travelling through the Oam full of deep impressions. With a four-wheel drive vehicle and a driver who drove us safely through the beautiful landscapes and the bustling city all day.
The first stop was at the Grand Sultan Qaboos Mosque. The entrance through the park is impressive. The chandeliers and furnishings in the mosque are phenomenal. A place to pause.
The journey then took us to Wadi Al Arbeein. On the way there we stopped at a frankincense tree. In the river valley a new WOW lurks around every bend. Until we cooled off in the swimming lake and drove back to the opera in Muscat. There again the silence and the deep appreciation for the building and the aura inside. The day ends with a lively visit to the Mutrah Souq and a short walk along the Corniche.

Starting from Muscat (mosque, dhow trip, Bait al Zubair,...) via Wahiba Sand Desert (with dune bashing), Sur, Jabrin and Bahla Fortress, Al Hamra, Nizwa, Birkat al Mouz and a few days of beach vacation at Al Sifah Beach, we had a wonderful, well-organized vacation in Oman. This trip, which took us to places that are absolutely worth visiting, was also very well organized. Our tour guide Ahmed accommodated all of our wishes and accompanied us very lovingly throughout the entire trip with an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise! Thank you!

My visit to the Sultanate of Oman through Life Time Tours was simply fantastic. The excellent organization by the company made my experience unforgettable. We had a local guide who spoke fluent German and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything in Oman, including the traditions and customs.
The trip itself was extraordinarily beautiful. We recommend anyone who wants to visit Oman in the future to book their trip entirely with Life Time Tours as they offer the best organization, local guides and also the best prices.

Ik ga 25 feb naar de wadi shab en ben verbaasd dat de tours zo duur zijn!
Ik heb inmiddels een telefoonnummer van een goed engels sprekende taxichauffeur voor 31 euro per uur.
4 uur x 31=124 euro
Deze tour kost hier ongeveer 320 euro voor 4 personen!
