I can see why this winery has such amazing reviews. Tour, lunch, and tasting was led masterfully by Andrea but entire staff worked in harmony for an A+++ experience. We've had the pleasure of experiencing winery hospitality at dozens of wineries domestic (USA) and abroad. Our experience at Poggio Amorelli may have bumped our prior #1. The pace, the quality, and the information were all first class! Thanks Andrea, Maria, and team for a memorable afternoon. Can't wait to re-experience several of the wines that we had shipped.

We were recommended here by Daniele our hotel in Florence. So glad he suggested as it is a hidden gem. We came while still chilly so sat inside after our tour. Valentina was wonderful speaking to each wine and serving our fabulous meal. The light lunch was in no means light- it as a full meal with local antipasti, pasta choices, cheese and dessert. We tasted 6 wines from spumante, white, multiple reds and a rose. It was a great way to spend a few hourss on a beautiful day in Tuscany. Thank you to Daniele and Valetina for a most wonderful experience.

This is the most spectacular winery we visited during our Tuscan stay. Can't say enough about the fabulous hospitality we were shown. We enjoyed multiple tastings of the most delicious wine that was accompanied by wonderful food to complement each tasting. The view is spectacular! We visited over 10 different cities on our Italian vacation, and our day at Poggio Amorelli ranks as the number one highlight of our trip. The staff was thoroughly knowledgeable about all of their wines and we gained great insight into the origin and making of the Italian classic Chianti. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back and say hello to the dear little cat, Truffle, who kept us company on the beautiful balcony that gorgeous Tuscan afternoon.

Delicious food and wine, great hosts, doesn't get any better than that! Wine so good we shipped a case of Reserva 2019 back to the states.

My husband and I spent a delightful afternoon at Poggio Amorelli tasting their delicious wines, vinegars and oils. The host was very informative and made our visit so much fun. We ended up shipping a case to our home in Delaware and now I wish we would have shipped two! Grazie ❤️

We had a wonderful afternoon in Chianti at Poggio Amorelli with an amazing lunch and wine tasting. The host was gracious and informative. We loved the wine and had a case sent back home.

My fiance and I stayed in Florence, Poggio Amorelli specifically, in September 2022 and this hotel was part of the reason I haven't stopped thinking about coming back. It was convenient to get to via taxi, great location with close proximity to restaurants and shops, and surprisingly quiet with how centrally located it is. The room was very comfortable, and the balcony we had provided a breathtaking view at all hours of the day. If I'm ever in the financial position to consistently visit Florence, I honestly don't think I'd stay anywhere else.

We were fortunate to book a tour to the winery in late October. The weather was unusually warm so touring the vineyard was quite enjoyable. The wonderful surprise was when we entered the tasting area. Tables were set with samples of cheeses and some Italian sliced meat. We were able to taste a variety of their Chianti and Chianti Classico. They were both so wonderful we bought a case and had it shipped back to the U.S. The sommelier was knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience even better. It's a not to be missed afternoon!

The entire experience was wonderful! The owner was friendly and the wine and appetizers were delightful. I ordered several bottles of wine and truffle oil. They were delivered with no issues. I highly recommend a visit.

Hi there, we took a private bus tour back in Feb 2020 that stopped at your place for lunch. We can’t remember the name of the company. Which private bus tours come to your winery from Florence? We will be going to Florence next month and really want to go there again. Grazie! Michelle

Hi, we did the wine tour and it was amazing. We are concerned about our wine order. They said it would be out to us by 21 business days and it as been 1 1/2 months and I wrote an email to the winery asking about our wine and I haven't received an answer back nor have we received our wine. My husband plans on contacting them again. Fingers crossed
