Très bon accueil de Fabio qui connaît très bien son domaine, ses vignes et ses vins, capable de tout expliquer en italien et en anglais !

Tra i rossi ho preferito il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo mastro 2017 e tra i bianchi il pecorino!! Un grazie a Fabio è il minimo che posso fare

Non fatevi ingannare dal nome , di “maligni” vi è solo il nome , posto incantevole , trovato persone cordiali e disponibili , per non parlare dell’ottimo vino a disposizione di chiunque voglia Provare le selezioni che la cantina offre .

Cordialità, convivialità, professionalità e competenza.
Mi sto riferendo a Fabio (esperto di vino a 360 gradi) che ci ha accolto ed accompagnato in questo "viaggio" (definirla degustazione sarebbe veramente riduttivo) all'interno della propria cantina e del proprio modo di fare un ottimo vino.
La passione che ci mette nel fare il proprio lavoro la si ritrova nei vini.
Cerasuolo, Mastro Montepulciano e Vino Cotto su tutti, senza però dimenticare lo spettacolare rapporto qualità-prezzo dell' Inebrio.
Impossibile andare via senza fare una buona scorta.

I highly recommend a visit to this small scale wine maker, who decided to re-boot his great grandfather's wine farm, using only local traditional grapes.
What distinguishes the visit to this cantina from others is that you are not lectured by a public relations person, but you are chatting with an in-the-flesh wine maker. In the middle of his grape plantation. He seemed to be very knowledgable in all aspects of wine making, from hands-on activities such as cultivating and harvesting grapes, through the chemistry of wine to relations with the authoraties.
I could ask stupid questions like "what makes red wine red ?", "how can you tell when to harvest ?" and "what does this and that mean on the label of a wine bottle ?". And get comprehensible answers in excellent english, from a first-hand source with a true passion for wine making.

Fabio is een geweldige, gepassioneerde wijnmaker. We kregen een hele warme ontvangst. We kregen een wijndegustatie met veel geschiedenis en mooie achtergrondverhalen.
Fabio zijn wijnen waren heel lekker en we namen natuurlijk ook wat flessen mee.

Прекрасное место! Очень понравился хозяин винодельни, он подробно рассказал и очень подробно показал процесс создания вина, провел экскурсию по винодельне и дегустацию с не менее восьми видами вина, сопровождая её эмоциональными и интересными рассказами о напитках, истории их создания. А также рекомендациями их потребления и многом другом.
С удовольствием пообщались с замечательным человеком и попробовали (и купили) прекрасное вино. Вся экскурсия и дегустация растянулась часа на два.
А вино очень вкусное.
