Maurizio, God bless you, my friend. We are back in the states and we pray for much more success in your future. Maurizio was an outstanding driver, communicator, and effective listener. He took us to all the prime locations. We knew we couldn't possibly see everything in a day. However, he took us to all the attractions that we wanted to see. We appreciated the swift tour and even got a bonus at the end at the overlook. I highly recommend his services. Especially if you are on a Euro Trip and just want to see the beautiful history. Ciao

We had originally booked a tour with viator but after getting off our cruise ship we could not find our representative. We didn't know where to turn...tried calling viator and could not get thru. Maurizio was standing nearby and saw our distress and offered to help. He was able to contact viator to learn that our excursion had been cancelled the day before and we would be refunded the money. He kindly offered to take us to Rome for the same fee that we had payed viator. Maurizio took us to all the places we wanted to see and gave us enough time and freedom to explore. He was extremely interesting to talk to and very professional. Thank you Maurizio for saving the day and helping us to enjoy Rome.

Originally, we had booked an excursion to Rome through viator.com. The local representative was "Drive in Rome". They supposed to pick us up at 7:30 am. They were late and could not find us. Mr. Maurizio Nataloni offered help to us when he found out that we were helpless at waiting for the original tourist service provider. After initial contact with the "Drive in Rome" and the fact that they were gone without us, we hired Maurizio as our guide to continue our visit to Rome. Maurizio was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He gave us enough freedom and information for each sightseeing location. Thank you!

We booked Maurizio Nataloni Touring in Rome/Italy Shore Excursions to give us a group of six (6) a guided tour of Rome for 2 days. What a devastate???
Maurizio is NOT a tour guide. He is only a driver who knows his way around Rome. If you need a pickup at the airport or cruise terminal for a ride from point A to B then Maurizio is the right person. However, if you need someone to give you a touring guided tour look for someone else.
We relied on Maurizio to show us the best of Rome .... a guided tour with history. There is a lot of history in Rome.
Maurizio wouldn’t talk about any sites or history. He would drive us to the site and drop us off. We were on our own. That is not a guided tour or what we were paying BIG Euros for.
The entire group was disappointed. Maurizio would not allow us to go inside the Vatican or Sistine Chapel. He claimed the lines were too long and we would be wasting our precious time.
Stay away from Maurizio Nataloni for touring. He is only a taxi driver not a tour guide in my opinion.

Just to respond to this gentle man called Harold Ramey that of the six is definitely the architect of this negative review. First of all I'm a tour leader with license issued by the province of Rome and anyone who contacts me in private will be informed about it, second I'm 20 years in the tourism business and this gentleman who blackmailed me to be reimbursed is the first poor guy that in 20 years of business left a review like that. Please do not believe this man he does not have the slightest knowledge of history or artistic culture has not entered in any museum to save money and does not know what he is talking about is this the way to travel? We went to eat in a local “Fraschetta” is a typical place where you take food and wine and seat in their room to eat, everybody in the group bought food and ate and were very happy except Harold Ramey,it didn’t buy nothing to eat but you know what he ate? The leftovers of the others and the cookies that I offered them for free and I put in the middle of the table,can you believe a man like this? I had nevertheless informed the staff of trip advisor of the threats of this latching traveler who first says it all right and then asked for the refund because he is a poor in spirit as well as miserly, but he evidently managed to implement his threats. And to conclude anyone who wants to clarify this story is asked to contact the very kind people who in recent years have left positive reviews and I ask readers not to believe this Harold Ramey is not a reliable person and just tries to take advantage of the people who work hard. One thing you’re right Harold that’s your opinion not that ones of over 70 people on trip advisor.

I would highly recommend Daniela Sarghini (dsarghini@gmail.com) as a travel guide in Rome. Whether you are visiting for the first time or twelth, Daniela will amaze you with her range of knowledge and love for her city.
Although some of our group of 11 were skeptical at first about the need for a personal guide, everyone was soon impressed by her knowledge about the history and the current attractions of Rome. Also, her love for Rome shines through during her explanations. It was a great pleasure talking to Daniela (her English is excellent) and in a few hours we all came away with a feeling that we had a true taste of the city.
Daniela conducted 3 tours - each for 3 hours. One was the "Heart of Rome" which on our first day in the city gave us a great overview of the major attractions in our area (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps,...) She was also a great resource for restaurant recommendations, currency exchanges, and shopping. Our second tour was of Vatican City - just beautiful. The third tour was Ancient Rome - the Colosseum and the Forum. Thanks to her help, we were able to navigate the entrances without long lines. Her advice in preparing for each tour was invaluable.
I can't say enough about Daniela. If/when we return, we will be sure to book her services again to see some of the things we missed on our first trip. Can't wait!!!

We started our tour from colossium it was nicely carried by fun tour guide Ms Joshua .she explained everything nicely and interestingly. Later our tour guide Mr Michael carried the tour he was excellent and very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the way he guided and showed us everything. Thanks again fun tour for our trip.

Traveling with Maurizio is like spending time with your long lost Italian cousin; he always makes you feel at home. He is extremely knowledgable, courteous, and genuinely warm. His car services are always on time; in fact aways arrive before hand. My family and I have had the pleasure of employing his services for the past 14 years. I encourage all of you to make life easy in Rome and call Maurizio for peace of mind and prompt courteous service.

We were a group of 4 on a cruise that docked in Civitavecchia. Having been to Rome many times, we decided to re-visit two wonderful small towns some of us had been to a few years ago. Maurizio was waiting for us at the dock. He speaks excellent English and very good Spanish, helpful for us since some of our family do not speak English. Maurizio was right on time, a great driver, knowledgeable, well-mannered, and very attentive to our needs and requests. We first visited Orvieto, where he helped us get tickets for the tour of the underground caves. He was very conscious of scheduling so we would maximize our time and fit in everything we wanted to do. We visited the cathedral, did a little shopping, and ate lunch. He was right there to meet us when we were done, and we then went on to Civita di Bagnoreggio, an amazing town on top of a hill that is accessible only by a footbridge, as the rock beneath it erodes. It is extremely difficult for drivers to find parking in the small town next to the footbridge, and Maurizio went out of his way to drop us off and pick us up. On the way, he pointed out interesting landmarks and answered all of our questions. Maurizio is personable and a great guide. We will definitely look him up the next time we are in or near Rome!

We spent 2 days with Maurizio after our cruise from Athens docked in Rome. He is a first-class guide and a very likable person. Not only did we "see the sites," but he also brought us to local, non-tourist restaurants that were fantastic. He is very knowledgable, very friendly, and an all-around good guy.Pleasant to be with. We'll see him on our next trip to Rome.
